Description of Work: Installed tank less water heater.....while we were out of town! Will only use T Morgan for any work done.

Description of Work: Enlarged window opening by 200% in brick wall. Pulled off interior paneling and replaced it after window installed. Installed new window unit.

Description of Work: Had master bathroom remodeled. Tim, the owner, came out and quoted the job himself. I had two other companies give me estimates as well. Everybody was pretty much around the same ballpark estimate wise, but Tim shared the same vision as far as what my husband and I wanted done in the bathroom. I reviewed the estimate, made some changes and requests and then I was given final estimate to sign off on. The price on the estimate was what i paid--nothing extra or over the top. Tim's team was always punctual! They told me what they planned to accomplish for the day and they always did it. The job was done on time even with the Christmas holiday looming. They also always cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated! My husband and I LOVE the bathroom and, yes, will definitely use Tim Morgan for our next project---which happens to be the kitchen!

Description of Work: Tim could not be any better as an owner/contractor. This is the second major project we have had his company do and this one is MAJOR!. We have had 2 guys out every day since Jan 9th ...totally gutting a kitchen and breakfast nook. This includes knocking out a wall and moving it 2 feet. Moving the plumbing to the other side of the room, fixing multiple electric problems, building me this awesome walk in pantry etc. They just finished tile work and cabinets are next. Tim has been in contact the entire time with his guys - Kurt and Brett (who are awesome too!!). I could not have asked for anything more...well maybe like HGTV and get it done in 1 week!!

Description of Work: I asked T Morgan for an estimate for a garage/outlbuilding. Tim came out promptly. Spoke with Tim at length about the project. He sent out a couple of contractors to verify costs of cement and electrical work. We received the estimate in a timely manner. We have decided to put off our project until Spring. We have not decided which company we will be using.

Description of Work: They have done a couple jobs. They remodeled the kitchen and basement.
