Description of Work: The craftsmanship of Tim's workers is amazing. They all are the best you could ask for. Trust implicitly in our home. They go above and beyond their job. Yes, Tim costs more, but the results are worth it. We have used TMorgan several times..one a total gut job of our kitchen. It is beautiful.

Description of Work: Repaired a leak around front door several years ago. It hasn't leaked since. Especially informative re other things to consider or possible future updates.

Description of Work: Gutted and rebuilt a condo. Were involved in all aspects of the rebuild. Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, personable and agreeable. Quality was first rate.

Description of Work: Below is the email sent on August 8th to T. Morgan Construction. We did not receive a reply. | |Tim Williams |T. Morgan Construction | |I am writing in reference to 4840 North Park Indianapolis Indiana |This is a demand for reimbursement for the failed work of T. Morgan Construction, $8,271.50. | |The synthetic stucco applied was inappropriate for the age and style of our home. It was misapplied. No adhesive was used. It was applied over an original layer of the stucco decades old. The stucco application was applied to too thick. The stucco you applied to our house simply fell off. | |We have had three assessments of the house-the work done to the west wall of the house, including the chimney. Your work does not follow the standard application for home repair/stucco repair for this community /neighborhood. The cost of your work was excessive, at least twice the standard cost. Your explanations for the failed work is misleading and deceptive. | |Even if we would buy-in to your chimney/furnace explanation for the stucco delamination, the fault is still yours. You took on a job of repair without determining what caused the original damage. In not demonstrating due diligence the first time, you now expect to, by your phone call reply to my earlier request, be paid a second time. | |We have made arrangements for repair of our home. Conventional , Portland cement stucco will be used. We have made an appointment with an attorney for next week. We will be responding to the Angi's List request for the our evaluation of your work next week as well. 4840 North Park is our home. It was paid for by inheritance, but your construction cost was paid by a home equity loan. You received over eight thousand dollars, but we received no value. We live here. We walk by your failed work every day. Our neighbors ask us about "the problem with the side of the house." Description of Work: They finished our attic. When no one else would help or give us any options, T Morgan saw our idea and ran with it! They put in a full stairway and finished out the raw attic to make livable space. We were able to stay in our current home and not have to move with the extra space they provided! Thank you T Morgan!

Description of Work: Sill plates in the garage needed to be replaced.

Description of Work: Remodel of kitchen including demo of old countertops and soffit over island, removing old appliances, installing new granite countertops, installing new appliances (cooktop, ovens, dishwasher), new sink and faucet, tile backsplash, and installing new lighting. This work required additional electrical, as well as running a new gas line to convert our cooktop from electric to gas.

Description of Work: Replaced original master bath shower stall with custom tile and marble flooring. Installed new vent fan. Replaced linoleum floor with slate tile.

Description of Work: REMOVED LARGE BUILT-IN CORNER SHOWER IN MASTER BATH AND REPLACED WITH SYNTHETIC MARBLE AND GLASS DESIGN COMPONENTS SELECTED AT HOMESTYLE KITCHEN AND BATH. ALSO INSTALLED NEW CEILING, PLUMBING FIXTURES, MARBLE COUNTERTOP, LIGHTING, AND TILE FLOOR.

Description of Work: THEY FINISHED A BATHROOM, THEY INSTALLED BEAMS TO HOLD UP THE CEILING IN ANOTHER ROOM, THEY PUT GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS IN THE BASEMENT, THEY INSULATED THE CRAWLSPACE, AND THEY ADDED A HEATING DUCT TO A FIRST FLOOR BATHROOM THAT DID NOT HAVE ONE.

Description of Work: WE CONVERTED OUR LOFT TO A BEDROOM, WHICH IS A SMALLER JOB FOR THEM.

Description of Work: MASTER BATHROOM WAS ENTIRELY REMODELED WITH NEW SHOWER, TOILET, CABINETS, COUNTERTOP, MIRROR, SINK, FLOORING, AND CEILING. THEY ALSO REPLACED FLOORING IN ANOTHER BATHROOM WITH TILE. A STOOP WAS CUSTOM MADE FOR OUR FRONT ENTRY AND REPLACEMENT OF DOOR AND SIDE PANELS.
