Airtron installed all of our Heating and Cooling in our home. They use premium brands and products so we were very happy with that. We also use them for our seasonal maintenance and their techs are always informative and very good. We have been very happy with their service from scheduling to completion. Would definitely recommend to all.

Mike and Greg called 30 minutes prior to arrival as we had agreed with our sales associate. They arrived promptly and commenced work immediately. Mike took fifteen minutes to walk through their approach for the work and paused several times to see if I had questions or any concerns. He provided an estimate of 4 p.m. for job completion; however, as they skipped their lunch, they were done shortly after 3 p.m. We found their work to be highly professional and they removed all work related debris without prompting. The equipment looks great and works very well. Mike spent the time required after completing the work to walk through what they did and to train us on the use of our new programmable thermostat. All in all, the work and service was exceptional.

The discussion went well that I decided to wait much later to replace my Heating and AC system.

Estimate was great. Technicians were on time, worked entire time here. Service was excellent.

Routine check-up, nothing unusal.

It was great everything was completed in the same day. The inspector, salesman, and installer were all right on time. I went from a 54 degree house at 10 am to a 70 degree house at 6 pm.

On a Thursday evening in early March, we noticed a pretty horrible burning smell in our house. After running around, trying to figure out what was on fire, we finally determined that our appx. 13 year old furnace had quit. I called Airtron, just figuring I'd leave a Voice Mail for first thing the next morning, but Instead I got a live person. Amazingly enough, he told me they could get a guy out yet that evening. A service technician showed up around 9 PM, and determined that a circuit board on our furnace had burned out. He was able to make a temporary workaround repair, so that we still had heat that evening (although the blower would need to run 24/7). The next day, I debated whether to replace the circuit board ($700) or bite the bullet and buy a new furnace. I finally decided on the latter. I got quotes from several Heating and Air companies, all in the same neighborhood price-wise. The deciding factor for us was the service that Airtron provided on that cold Thursday evening. Airtron installed a new Bryant furnace for us at a fair price, and all is well. They were very punctual, too, which I greatly appreciate.

Every, and yes every, time I call Airtron, I get to speak to a real live personable CS agent. They are kind, courteous and even offered to call me on a future date as a reminder to set up service, and they did!! They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Remarkable. They are always my go to for anything furnace related.

This was a tune up included as part of my annual ESP contract. The tech was friendly, professional, courteous and explained information in detail.

I thought they did a wonderful job, and they were able to get it all completed in one day and it wasn’t an easy job. I would recommend them to anyone! They were professional, and I appreciated their service because it saved us money this winter. The sales person who came out was not high-pressure at all; I really enjoyed their service!

It’s been terrific, they have done a great job and I have always requested the same serviceman, Steve, and he is almost like family now. He does a great job! Steve comes in, knows our system, takes care of us and gives us great advice and we feel really comfortable him.

They are friendly and punctual. They seem to be on ball. We've not have any problem with our furnace.

They have been very good, very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. They answered all my questions; they were concerned with cleanliness and very thorough. I have been very happy with them!

I called and the 1st thing they said was for $17900, they would come out today and 2 additional times for tune-ups and 15% off parts. That was what they recommended. I said I would decide once the problem was diagnosed. As promised, they got to my house in a couple of hours. The service Technician was friendly and professional. He took the blower motor cover off and said the motor was bad. He said because it was a "Trane", parts were not readily available, and if he could get them, they would be expensive - $878.00. He recomended replacing the 25 year old furnace, (always maintained), with a new "Bryant" for approximately $3,500.00. It was obvious that all they wanted to do was to sell a furnace. I reluctanly paid my $89.00 for the service call! I had another company come out and replaced the blower motor in 2 hours and charged me $250.00 and it has been running fine since. A few days later, I called Airtron and spoke to the Service Manager who was professional and did not want to lose me as a customer. I told him I would not call them again. He offered to refund my $89.00. and I accepted. Please share this story!

The promptness of their service call to get someone out to help stood out for me.

On Feb 25, 2013 I had Airtron Sales representative provide me with furnace options for replacing my furnace. (I did not receive estimates from multiple companies because my previous service agreement purchase, which I have purchased for many years from them, entitles me to a 15% discount.) Ryan arrived promptly and was very professional and personable. He went over all good-better-best options and was able to answer my many questions. He included all pros and cons of each option and estimates of energy savings of each. There was no pressure from him to choose the best option. I made a choice and installation was set up for Feb 27, 2013. The installer arrived promptly and immediately began work. Within 4 hours time I had a new furnace and the work area was totally clean. The installer then spent time with me going over the programmable thermostat and was very patient in answering all my questions about the new equipment. I have had Airtron service for many years and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

Our heating unit recieved annual checkup from Airtron back in January. Late in February, we noticed some burning smell in the unit. Aritron came back and cleaned a sensor but did not find additional problems. No charge for service call since they had been out in January. A week later heater stopped functioning. Airtron came out and this time inspected the A/C coil to find accumulated gunk from previous owner. They offered me several options based on price, but due to age of the A/C unit, we went with replacing the A/C rather than put # into it in it's late stage of life. The installers were quickly scheduled and did a great job in the new install. It included the A/C, coil, and a new thermostat. Very quick and neat. They even rigged a fitting to help hold my air filter in place better when I raised this concern to them. The price of the new A/C seemed good. Overall it was a good experience and things are working great now!

The experience was excellent and I was satisfied. They were generally on time, take care of the issue and they are very friendly and considered your property that sort of thing. They are generally good, courteous and very respectful. We used them a number of times, so they were really pretty good.

First visit was with salesman who was very attentive to our needs and did not pressure us. We felt he was honest, professional, polite and gave us a sense that he wasn't there to oversell us anything. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences in furnace types. A technician came on a separate appointment to review the area for installation. He gave us added tips and also was very professional and polite. He was very attentive to cleaning up after himself and caused no disruption to any part of our home. Job was done in 1/2 day and was very happy with the company and the product. We would recommend this company and would also use them again as we will probably be needed a new air-conditioner as next job.

We have a service contract with Airtron and have always been very pleased with their service. Their technicians are consistently professional and friendly. Our heat stopped working this weekend and by the time we noticed it was late Sunday afternoon. The house was getting cold quickly. We called Airtron and a technician arrived within a few hours; he at first diagnosed a repair that would cost $400 but continued to look at the furnace components and figured out a very simple issue had caused the breakdown and was fixed at no charge other than the $80 service charge. Grateful for a great company which takes care of its customers!

Company would not provide simple filter replacement service because we are renting a house and not the owner of the house. They did not clarify why. This kind of customer service is not appreciated and I will not choose this provider again, nor recommend them to anyone. The service provider responded: "Unfortunately, we as a service company are obligated to follow the landlord?s guidelines on maintenance of equipment at their property." That is complete and utter nonsense because the service provider never contacted the landlord. This provider is not being truthful with their response.

Gas furnace was making a lot of noise. Tech came out and diagnosed the issue. He was very professional and gave me a couple of repairs options. I selected to repair the furnace rather than replace the unit. Repair was immediately done. Problem solved.
