Salesman inspected old unit, quoted prices for different replacements, scheduled replacement. Workers come and replaced as scheduled.

I'm a new customer. Airtron was recommended to me by my brother. My A/C went out on a Wednesday evening. I contacted my guy three times on Thursday; he finally called back at 5:30; said he would work up some figures on a new unit and call me back; he never called. Gave him the benefit of the doubt all day Friday. He never called back. I contacted Airtron on Saturday morning. I was told I could have my unit looked at on Monday or get someone out for a free estimate for a new unit on Saturday. My current unit was 21 years old and I knew it was dying a slow death (several repairs over the last several years). I asked for a free estimate. Airton has on-call folks on the weekend. Blake was at my house within an hour. We finished the paperwork in about 1/2 an hour and he called to schedule the installation. The first guy he called (George) could not get me in until Wednesday; Blake said that wouldn't work. He then called Allen who said I could get it installed "tomorrow". TOMORROW!! That was on a SUNDAY!! For NO EXTRA FEE!!! I was completely amazed and totally pleased. From this first experience, I am very sold on Airtron and will definitely refer them to others.

The technician identified the variable blower speed blower motor module was broken and needed to be ordered. His write-up was completed at 2:56pm on a very hot/humid Wed afternoon. I was told it would take 1-2 days for part to come in. That same afternoon - Customer Service Representative "verified" part would be in on Fri 7/19 with 10am or 2pm delivery truck and he would contact me for update on status of delivery. On the expected delivery date I was told (after I had to call to inquire) that the shipment would not arrive from TN until early the following week and that "we have no control of how they processed the shipping time". Upon challenging this statement, the excuses continued and came across as non truthful information (including the part could not be ordered Wed because it was too late in the day). There was no apology for the delay or any concern expressed when I explained my frustrations and the fact that our upstairs temp under a fan was 92.7 degrees at 6am! I immediately contacted a competitor who had the part in stock and was able to schedule a technician to come to the house within four hours! Their cost was less than half of what Airtron quoted. Through this process I learned & wanted to share with others that: Airtron is no longer a certified Trane dealer and that is the biggest reason for delay in part availability for a Trane system. The extremely poor customer service was the true tipping point that made it clear we will not be doing any further business with Airtron.

I have been using them for several years. I have always had good service from them. As far as I am concerned they are the top of the line and I recommend them very highly.

I contacted Airtron late in the afternoon on July 18, 2013 regarding my elderly mother's a/c not working properly. The dispatcher named Loren did an excellent job of prioritizing my mother's service call and told me she would get a tech out ASAP. Loren was very good about understanding the dilemma. Shane the tech came out and was very thorough with diagnosing the problem with the A/C. He called into the office for a quote to fix the problem. The quote give to him by the office to fix the problem was $2748.00. Shane and Loren were great to deal with. The price for the labor to install the air compressor under warranty was $1,274. The price for the labor to install a service valve also under warranty was $1,474.00. I will keep a copy of this quote to document my comments regarding Airton. And since the air compressor was four years old, the warranty for the unit to replace this one would have only been good for one year. I understood this. If the quote was to replace the entire unit, I probably would not have a problem. However, the air compressor was still under warranty which I had confirmed with the manufacturer. With that in mind, I thought the quote was excessive. It turns out I was right. I was able to get a new unit installed with a full five year parts warranty for $1,355.00 or half as much as the quote from Airtron.

They were very good and very professional. They even gave us a good deal on labor, installing a sump pump for free that we had already purchased. We were pleased and felt like we were dealing with an honest company. I would highly recommend them.

Servicemen arrived at time allotted which was a 5hr window (12-5) and immediately began to work. Informed me as to what was going to take place. Reaffirmed the cost of the project prior to installation which I thoroughly appreciated. Airtron has always given me excellent service for the 7yrs I have been a customer.

Called yesterday that I needed a new motor for condenser and earliest they could be here was 24 hours. 84 degrees in house most of night. I have a service agreement with them; thus reason to call them. The air conditioner is 5 years old. I called this morning and asked them to put a Trane motor on the truck since we have a Trane unit. They said they could not do that because that is not how they do things. Repairman arrived and announced I needed a new condenser motor and that he had a generic on the truck but would have to order a Trane one. 4 hours later I arrived home and the new motor was not running. The circuit breaker had tripped at the unit. I then turned it on and called the after-hours number and was informed that the non-Trane motor often causes the breaker to trip and there was nothing they could do. I then called them on another after-hours number and was told the same thing except this time I was told all Trane dealers in Central Indiana had been checked and none had this motor. I do not believe them. I will call them tomorrow. Meantime, my wife, who has been hospitalized all week, is coming home tomorrow. I have set my alarm tonight to check the breaker every 2 hours through the night. Unfortunately, Airtron says it could take 3-5 days of checking the breaker before the correct part arrives and then they have to schedule the installation. Airtron recommended the Trane unit and sold it to me. I think it is poor service.

Excellent communication, excellent system knowledge and explanation of our system and what was being done. They aren't the lowest cost HVAC contractor, but we feel completely confident in the quality and thoroughness of their work

Part still under warranty. Had coupon for service call. Labor cost outrageous for less than 1/2 to dx and change part. Did negotiate 15 % off finale. Answered yes to using again, but will check out other provider fees first.

We had a hot smell in the house. We finally determined that something was not working on the furnace even though the heat pump was running. We called Airtron. A serviceman was out within the hour. He determined that the blower had gone out and our blower was one that would have to be special ordered. Since our furnace was 24 years old we decided to purchase a whole new system. A sales person came to give us quotes by 8:00 the next morning. He offered several energy efficient models for us to choose from. We made our selection and had a new heat pump and furnace installed by 3:00 that afternoon.

Contacted Airtron for service because our system wasn't working properly. Upon examination, it was determined that the heat pump had died and could not be repaired. We opted to go ahead and have our entire system replaced. The installers were on time, nice, and did a great job.

Chris arrived on time, he called me about a half hour before to let me know he was on the way. He wore booties while inside the house and encouraged me to ask any questions that I might have. He answered all questions professionally and when I asked about a issue with a gas fireplace, he told me that while he couldn't resolve it where I could get an answer. He installed my new filter for me, and complimented the cleanliness of our system. The services were performed as promised and Chris was friendly and professional at all times. The price is about average, according to what other provides have charged me for similar services.

They made the service call. And the serviceman was ready to put in the new pump. However I thought the cost was excessive, in part because at another home I had had a new condensate pump put in for what I remember to be much less cost. I double checked with the company regarding the cost. I told them it seemed too high so I didn't want them to do the job - I just paid for the service call. And this is the company that I had on an annual contract to provide maintenance on my heating and air conditioner. So the fee they were going to charge me already included a 10% discount. I used this company for 3 years and did have done some expensive repair work done. They always were professional. I have always been happy with the servicemen. But this incident...unfortunate pricing of a straightforward service...now makes me wonder if I was paying "high" fees on some past work.

I got frustrated with their constant attempts to sign you up for maintenance and service plans when you call to schedule a service appointment. Won't use them anymore.

Arrived on time, very polite, neat and cleaned up so well could not tell they had been there.

This was one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. The sales rep Blake, was fantastic and he truly knows his stuff. He came right out whenever I called and had questions prior to the installation. He also came with the installation crew to ensure that they knew what needed to be done. Everyone was always on time or early for the appointment. We are currently having our basement finished and the home builder left us with a mess of duct work that was running everywhere making it difficult to have a normal looking ceiling installed. Airtron was able to map out where everything should be relocated to, as well as point out convenient places to add new air vents for the finished basement. The installation went super smooth and there were issues. It should be pointed out that they gave a very competitive price, but I would have paid the higher price for this kind of quality customer service.

Logan Hewood the installer arrived on time (Co. called ahead) and did a great job. Approx 8:30 - 12:30 The company from quote, at my home to schedule and install did a good job.

Airton installed the hvac system in our new home built in 2012. We moved in on March 2013 and our thermostat had issues 11 months later. It was a honeywell, digital programmable thermostat. When on program, it would turn itself off, even though the programmed temperature hadn't been reached. My call to them was handled professionally and quickly. They sent a tech out and he replaced the thermostat, which was still under warranty. That fixed the problem and there's been no issues since.

AIRTRON installed the Trane Heat Pump and HVAC when our house was built in 1987. It has performed well above the norm for the last 26 years. It has recently been cutting off and on. I guess nothing lasts for ever. Mr Ray Reks, recommended the Bryant System we had installed since Trane was sold to Ingersoll Rand and components are not locally available now as has been in the past. He offered 5 different systems for us to chose from. The system was promptly installed yesterday and has worked nice overnight. The workers cleaned up after themselves and removed all of the old equipment. I thought the price was a little high even though it was discounted. B+ on the price. Guess thats due to my desire to have another reliable system. I expect to have a learning curve with the new electronic themostat. Nothing but honesty and professionalism from this company.

When we turned our air conditioning on for the first time this spring, we discovered that it wasn't blowing cold air. It turned out to be the compressor on our heat pump. Since the heat pump was 9 years old, we decided to replace it. The sales rep. who came out to give us an estimate on a new heat pump was very nice and professional. He wasn't pushy and I felt he listened to our needs and took our budget into account when we were deciding on a new heat pump. The installer arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and cleaned up when he was done. Overall, we were very happy with Airtron.

When they came out to give the estimate for the installation, it was the owner that came out to give the quote. They held to their exact price, and the owner came out again at the end of the job to check everything. They always call ahead of time. They show up on time. They spend a lot of time checking out the furnace and heat pump. If you perform regular maintenance you shouldn't have problems, and I haven't had any.

Excellent customer service and fit me into their schedule a day earlier than originally scheduled. The two service techs they sent were very nice and professional. I've used Airtron for two didn't condos I own and they've always provided great work. Highly recommend!

The installer was on time. Worked quickly and cleaned up after himself.

We are on the maintenance program with Airtron. When our A/C went out we called them and they gave us a discount because we have been loyal customers. They were reasonably priced and professional the entire time.
