They came back 2 days later and installed both units. They came on time and finish within four hours. They were cleaned up after themselves.

They are excellent. The TXV metering device went bad. They had to order the part. They replaced the part and the A/C is working properly now.

There were no troubles with scheduling and it all went smoothly. They were able coordinate the appointment for both homes. We dealt with two different technicians between each home so that we could get the jobs done in each one after the other. When each technician came for the work, they completed each job in about an hour. They were neat and left no mess behind in either home. Everything went well!

When they came out to diagnose the issue, they explained that the repair that would be costly and I chose to go with a new system. They arrived right on time to the appointment. The offered me a good price. The technician was terrific! He was polite, neat, and even was careful of my curious cat. The salesman who came to my house for the estimate was also terrific and polite. One technician was able to complete the job himself and he took care of everything. He installed the new system and hauled the old one away in about five hours. They are a good company and I would recommend them to my friends.

I heard a buzzing sound when the air conditioner was running. I traced the sound to a damper motor that was attached to a 6 inch flue pipe. This motor was also warm so I knew this was the problem. This part is located in an easily accessible location outside the air conditioner and is only attached by 2 wires. Using the part number I searched the net for a replacement. The cost of the motor with the attached flue pipe was $94. I first contacted the manufacturer of the furnace who sent a technician who very quickly told me the part that I thought was bad was actually it. They gave me a price for replacement of $463. Over 4 times the cost of the part to replace it seemed high so I contacted Airtron who provided a free second quote. Their technician agreed this was the part that needed replacing. Since it was Saturday the Parts department was closed so they would call me around Noon on Monday. They did not return the call until Tuesday morning. How long does it take to look up a part. I did it in 5 seconds! Could not believe their cost to replace it. They wanted $900!!!!!! This is 9 times the cost of the part and twice what the other company wanted. Even if the part cost them $150 and it took 2 hours to replace the cost per hour would be TWICE what the President of the United States makes per hour. I would ONLY use Airtron for the free second opinion. I would not use them for the initial estimate or the only one you get. I will ever even check them again.

Airtron furnished and installed one Bryant model 116BNA042 16 SEER air conditioner with matching 0.5-ton indoor coil, drain transition, built-in thermal expansion valve, electric transition with disconnect box, and pad for level condenser. Price included taking away old equipment, permit, labor, tax, 10 year part warranty, and 1 year labor warranty. Airtron also furnished and installed one Bryant model 925SA48100e21 96% efficient, 100k BTU gas furnace. This included a multi-speed blower, self diagnostic circuit board, gas pipe transition, electrical transition, Honeywell thermostat, ductwork transition, filter rack, and flue pipe transition. Price included taking away old equipment, permit, labor, tax, lifetime heat exchanger warranty, 10 year part warranty, and 1 year labor warranty. Airtron representatives were professional, prompt, and courteous at all times. I held off on reviewing them until I had these units for one year to assess the quality of the product and work, and I am pleased to say that this firm met or exceeded my expectations in all regards. I add only the caveat that I cannot usefully rate their pricing without detailed quotes of identical units from other providers to compare them to. The Airtron representative repeatedly described himself as 'just an engineer', but it was clear that he was extensively trained in the pricing structures of different HVAC products and the various tiers of rebates available from different government agencies and utilities. The differences in prices for various product grades were carefully calibrated to nearly match the differences in rebates and subsidies for those grades, leading me to suspect that it is the contractor rather than the consumer who is the principal beneficiary of energy efficiency rebates.

Airtron always services our system for 15 years now. Furnace made strange noises and smelled funny. Next day, system quit. We had no heat. They answered and responded to all my after hour calls and changed my installation date to sooner so I would have heat. They taught me how to use wall control. Very patient. Gave credit so I could buy system.

Airtron cannot provide service as quickly as desired.

Everything went great. Airtron responded to my questions very quickly and were able to schedule the work very easily. The tech that came out was very professional. I would definitely use Airtron again in the future.

Our AC unit started making loud noises. The fan would run for about twenty seconds and then start to shut down, but in the process of the shutdown, will start back up. It would do this continuously. When we discovered that this was happening, we immediately reached out to Airtron. We contacted Airtron because their name is plastered all over the unit, and that is who we have dealt with since closing on the house in October of 2009. Now the AC has completely stopped working. When we called Airtron, Toni the receptionist, answered the phone. When I proceeded to explain the issue and she asked my information, I was immediately placed on hold. After holding for about 10 to 15 mins, Sandi, the technicians manager is now on the line, and stated that they will not service our home and moving forward that they would recommend that we use a different provider. Clearly at this point, I am in concern and wanted further details on why, but she would not say. After further investigation, we discovered that we had been "Black Listed" by Airtron. This means that they would unknowingly place you on a list where techs can not service your home, regardless of what type of agreement you have with them. Several attempts were made to get hold to Airtron, via phone and emails, and all were ignored. With high temps, and daycare, and child with asthma, we just wanted to get the unit serviced. We contacted Bryant to see if we could get some assistance with recommendation since it is their unit, and they recommended Williams Comfort Air. Contacted Williams, explained what's going on, and they were able to get one of their techs out here right away. The technician arrived and inspected the unit. He indicated that it would be $2000 in repairs and an additional $2500 for other parts that after the main repair is done may need to service it because when you replace one part you will have to replaced the other switch or sensor. That is the cost of a new unit. After several questions asked to the technician, he stated that the Airtron tech never did what he was suppose to do. Never ran an actual diagnostic on the unit for which he would have been able to catch the issues before it is now no longer working. He also stated that Airtron never registered the unit. Airtron picked up the unit in March '09 from the Bryant warehouse to use for perhaps another job, and decided I guess not to use at the time. When Arbor Homes reached out to Airtron for the installation at our home. They decided to use this unit of which sat there for months. Airtron didn't install the unit properly, didn't complete the laundry dry vent, of which carried on for a very long period of time, of which dryer lent, that is very flammable, has been going into the walls along with the installation. Airtron is very careless about servicing and replacing the parts. On 6/13/14 Airtron came out to the home along with the city of fishers and Arbor Homes to finally address the vent. Once they cut the drywall they discovered that there was about 2 1/2 ft missing from the connection. While the tech was onsite, I asked if he could check the unit then, of which he agreed. Was outside for about 5 mins, came back in and said everything is fine. Williams tech discovered that two caps, had been removed from the outside unit. While there were no leaks they system was full on Freon. Also state that the unit should be on a riser. It is currently sitting on the ground, on a platform. I am now without cool air with these hot days. At this point, I would really like to see something done. My unit will need to be fixed or replaced Airtron. The warranty will need to acknowledge from the closing of the home, and reasoning for all of these issues that Airtron refuses to address.

Visit was excellent. My unit is 14 years old, and the technician told me how to get the most from the unit and take the best care of it. I had a couple of conflicting evaluations of the air conditioner, and definitely trusted Airtron. They were honest, upfront and knowledgeable.

It went very well. They even came back out. There was a separate issue but the tuneup kind of fixed it then they came back out and didn't charge anything. They were both very nice, very easy to work with.

Both days, techs arrived on time professional, helpful showed me the new thermostat, outside & inside units. Provided me with all info including phone numbers it something goes wrong.

Logan removed my other furnace. It is in a tight space but was successfully removed. There was some difficulty with the AC installation but Logan solved the problem and I had a workable furnace that day.

Arrived on time and worked steadily until finished and took all old junk with them. Very personable and very efficient. Best price of three bids. Made no mess.

The sales and installation process were very smooth. Scheduling the installation was easy and they were able to accommodate my calendar. They were actually early on the day of install which is always appreciated.

First, they sent a company representative come to our home to determine what type of unit we needed on Wednesday afternoon. This person also sat down with us to discuss costs, payment options, replacement options, etc. He was very helpful, informative, and did not have a pushy sales tone. My husband and I decided to move forward with Airtron and by Friday morning they were here again replacing the actual system. Both service people at our home were friendly, cordial, punctual, and professional. They had our new air-conditioning unit installed in a few hours, and it has been working great ever since.

Our A/C didn’t work. We called Airtron and scheduled estimate. Two days later we had a quote. Three days after that we had a new A/c unit.

Employees were very up-front about the best type of unit for us to consider purchasing--did not try to push the most expensive unit. Very professional, well-informed, prompt and polite in service call and in discussions regarding purchase of new AC unit.

I did a comparison of several companies and they were the best. Honest and they did not over sell me. Price was great- service was excellent. Professional and polite. It was completed on time and no extra cost. Works great- I recommend to all my friends and neighbors.
