Airtron called when the tech was on his way. The tech showed up on time and was awesome - I don't remember his name but very knowledgeable about our Trane system. He checked things out and gave us an update on how things were running.

Installers were prompt, careful to cover all flooring with tarps plastic. price was best of 3 quotes. Installation was done in today.

It went fine. It was under warranty so it was easy. I would totally recommend to use them. They were knowledgeable and on time. They diagnosed it quickly. The showed me the problem. They ordered a new one and it was in within a couple of days so it was pretty seamless from my perspective.

Excellent customer service - came when expected work efficiently in completing the job. They were also able to diagnose the problem on Sunday & install on Monday the same week!

It was perfect. My AC was 14 years old and had been having some issues for the past year. I came home late Friday night and found that it wasnt working. I called Airtron early Saturday morning and they sent a technician out that day that diagnosed the problem. The compressor was dead and I needed a new one. They were able to schedule the installation for Sunday morning. The tech arrived Sunday at 8:45am and was completely finished by 11:30am. Both techs and the representative I spoke to on the phone Saturday morning were friendly, helpful and informative. I am EXTREMELY impressed by this company--I have dealt with a couple other HVAC companies that have been deceitful and untrustworthy. I have and will continue to recommend Airtron to friends and family. A+

Technician arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and quickly assessed the leak. Within 15 minutes he fixed the issued. Technician was very polite and honest.

The techs were here right on time. I got a call 1/2 hr. before they arrived. They were both very friendly, clean and informative.

I typically purchase this on my own from the vendor; however, upon buying my membership to Angie's list it allowed me to recoup my membership purchase price on my first purchase because by being an Angie's List member I saved $70 off normal price. Luckily after purchasing this service my A/C quit working and Airtron handled the dilemma professionally and fixed my A/C unit at no charge due to the Essential Service Plan I had purchased.

This company is excellent. A repairman came out to see if our units might be repaired. He told us they could, but I expressed interest in replacing them. He notified the company and a gentleman came out to explain various options and prices of each. We decided to replace the complete system. He knew we wanted to get the work done ASAP and so he made a few phone calls and got it completely arranged. Two gentlemen came out an hour later and removed the old furnace/air conditioning. The new equipment arrived and they installed it. Everyone we dealt with was clean, highly professional, very polite, punctual and knowledgeable. Our new air conditioning is super-efficient and cooling our house wonderfully well. We love having the peace of mind knowing that, should we have another brutal winter like last year, we have a brand-new furnace to keep us warm. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for repairs or replacement of their furnace/central air.

I called two companies to get estimates on the work. After talking with James at Airtron I pretty much knew I wanted them to do the work before I even got the estimate. Ryan came on the sales call. He was very knowledgeable, personable and did an excellent job explaining all the choices, pricing, warranties etc. and there were a lot of them. I never felt pressured one way or the other on what system to purchase. Mike and Benji were the installers. They were great! They worked non stop, cleaned up after themselves and explained the system and how it worked. I could not be happier with the team at Airtron. I would recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.

I got the deal for the service call plus $100 credit for $49. It worked out pretty well. I was pretty sure it was the capacitor but did not want to risk doing it myself. The tech came out on time, was very proffesional and after about five minutes, agreed with my initial assessment. He replaced the capacitor in about 15 minutes and unit has been working fine since then. The only negative is the price he charged for the job which came out to be $146 after the discount.

My air went out on 8/4/14 so I called Airtron and they gave me a 4 hour window that day when a tech could come out and check on the problem. The tech showed up withing the 4 hour window and promptly checked out my system identifying and showing me the problem. I inquired on a price for repair and a date the work could be done. After getting the price (which was about what I expected) and advised they could do the work the next day I asked if he could give me a price for an entire replacement of my current air/heating system as it was 40 years old. He asked me some pertinent questions and then gave me the price options for a 80% and/or 92% efficient system. I asked when it could be installed if I decided to get a new system and he told me the work could be done the next day. After he answered all of my questions which were many I decided to go with a new system. Later te same day Ray came out to my house to review my request, engineer the work to be performed the following day and answered all of my questions about installation, warranties, etc. When Ray left he told me the installers would arrive between 8 and 9 am the following morning. At around 8:30 the next day Logan and Bobby arrived introduced themselves and asked me to show them where everything was. Logan and Bobby began working immediately after looking at my current equipment taking the time to tell me what they would be doing and answering my questions. Throughout the day they worked without break being joined later in the day by Mike. Several times during the day I would check on their progress asking questions and being interested in the work they were doing. All three of the young men were extremely polite, open, and knowledgeable and always took the time to make sure I knew and was comfortable with their work. Of all the contractors I have ever used I would place these guys at the top of the list. Once the work was complete they explained the new systems operation, showed me how to set the new thermostat (in fact Bobby set up a schedule for me) and left my basement cleaner than it probably was when they arrived. I have had the new system 3 days now and am very happy with it. I would use this company again and recommend them highly if you are looking for a company to work on or replace your system. The three young men (Logan, Bobby, and Mike) who did my work were all outstanding and a real credit to Airtron.

Airtron was great! Johnathon was prompt, friendly, and professional! He evaluated my furnace, central air, fixed my dehumidifier, and heat pump. I will use Airtron for all heating and cooling needs.

I had the first appt. of the day. The technician called me and gave me his approximate arrival time. He arrived on time, cleaned my furnance, answered my questions. He was nice, professional, thorough and explained everything he was doing. He gave me some quotes for other services upon my request. He offered their service package but did not pressure me to buy. I would use them again in the future.

Less than one year later the units needed warranty work (new fan motor and housing). Took three days to come out, and when they did, they did not leave a message, note or anything. The system was still not running. I called a couple days later they said they needed a part which came in and someone would call and schedule that day. No one called. When I called them back a couple days later they did finally schedule the repairs. On both trips I asked them specifically to take care of the upstairs unit where the tape was coming off and part of the duct was hanging down. They insured me this was in the notes and that they would take care of it on both accounts. Still nothing has been done. There was also a wire that had been rubbing against a motor housing and the insulation had rubbed off. I asked them to look at this as well which again they stated was in the service notes. Again nothing was done for this problem. No voice mail information or notes were left as to how they would solve either problem so I will be calling them our again for a third time.

the technician was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. After inspection it was determined that some errors were made on the original installation that was provided to the previous owner and instead of charging us they took full responsibility and warrantied out the freon charge.

Airtron arrived on time and performed they tune up at a great price. I've used this provider a # of times over the years. Always pleased!

Tech came out on the 1st of July to perform service call since AC was not working; discovered that previous homeowner (self-described "contractor") had installed an overlarge system and failed to install a filter, causing the 1 year old unit to seize. He recommended complete replacement due to installation concerns, and got us a $600 discount on a Bryant unit installed the next day. Expensive, but not through any fault of Airtron's. We've used them in the past and will continue to do so based on this experience.

Jacob Deputy arrived on time and worked thoroughly and efficiently. He checked both furnace and heat pump since I had not had them come out at all since last August. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, and reminded me to clean the filter more often.

Shane, Ray Grey and Mike all did an excellent job. their demeanours and attitudes were friendly, pleasant and professional. They were articulate and listened carefully to our comments and questions.

The agent fixed one problem with the A/C and we thought we were done. Unfortunately, when that was repaired it uncovered another non-repairable problem with the exterior AC condensor. This was suspected based on unusual ice-thaw cycles during the deep freeze this winter. When the agent was inspecting the utility closet in preparation for installing a new AC unit,he noted major issues with the installation of the furnace, ductwork and condensation pipes. With the help provided by his written report I was able to address these issues with the original provider who subsequently replaced the entire furnace and ductwork underwarranty and installed an AC at cost. I was very thankful for AIRTRON's expertise and how the agent went above and beyond in terms of providing many details regarding specifications, piping, authorized materials, manufacturer's instructions, etc. that I would have not had knowledge of otherwise.
