It went well. Serviceman called about 30min before showing up, which I appreciate. He worked efficiently and professionally, answering my questions.

Quoted $389 to replace the thermostat. After consulting my father, we decided to replace ourselves. The part was $37. I understand companies have a lot of cost but I feel like this was a bit of a sting on price. Happy we are able to perform this work ourselves. Grateful they diagnosed the problem, unfortunately it was $89 for that.

The plumber had already been by. They checked everything, and it was a mystery. Therefore I called Airtron. I have their Essential Service plan, well worth the money. Service visits are not charged. They were able to fit me in the same day. This substance was a mystery also, but my technician wanted to look at everything. He thinks it had to do with the drain in the floor getting dried out, and that drying. The process that happens inside the air conditioner that drains is sometimes a rusty colored water. Its common. It just is nice to have a very experience person come look at things the same day. There was no definite answer, however I was told to keep the drain with water in it, and be sure it wasn't dried out. And to be sure I monitor the area. Obviously I am not going into a closet everyday that houses my air conditioner and Water heater! The customer service staff is absolutely outstanding at Airtron!!

We have them come out twice a year, in the spring and in the fall, to have a checkup/tuneup. We've been using them for thirty years.

Airtron was good for us because we originally scheduled an inspection for our air conditioner but a few days prior to them coming out our drained backed up and caused a leak on the carpet and different things. So instead of airtron moving forward on their work the gentleman was nice enough to tell me to address the issues and call them when I'm finished. They did not charge me for the service and told me they would be happy to help me once I get the issue resolved. I would use this company again.

I reached out to AirTron in the middle of the night after our A/C went out asking them to contact me at 7am the next morning. They did just that and arrived promptly at 10am.

They came out on the same day we called and by that evening, our AC was working again.

Compressor was bad. Needed a new AC Unit. Gave me estimate on cost to replace.

The response time was good, within a day from when my air conditioner would not cool. Airtron technician did not try to over sell a bigger unit. He was professional, he showed the equipment to verify that the compressor was weak. All the men were dressed neatly, clean and shaved.

I have used AirTron for years. I just moved into my condo 1 month ago. The motor on the furnace stopped working so I called AirTron and they were here & replaced it in 1 day.

l started having problems with the units shortly after installation. Airtron has been out to my home multiple time to work on rattles, leaks, defective compressors. failure to order proper parts, etc. After the compressor went out in my heat pump recently for a second time in a span of 90 days, the tech told me a prior tech had clamped lines too tight and which was causing the compressor to burn up. Fortunately, I have a 10 year parts and labor warranty on the units so this is not costing me anything. But their records were wrong and they tried to tell me I only had 1 year labor warranty and they quoted over $1000 labor to replace the first compressor. I had to show the tech my purchase order to prove I did have a 10 year warranty on parts AND labor. I've had to take off work multiple times the past year to be home when Airtron came out. They also failed to refund a service call charge I'd paid in error, and I had to call a few weeks ago after two months of waiting to ask for it. They rep had no idea why it hadn't be refunded, but she tried her best to upsell me on a maintenance program rather than refunding my money. I have to deal with Airton through the life of the warranty. But once the warranty is up, I'm not sure who will be servicing the units. The products they sell are good, the overall service I've received lately is not.

Called to say when they would be here. Came at that time.Did a good job and i know they will be there if a brake down occurs this winter. I have used Airton for many years. Great dependable firm!

Matt was professional and personable. He did not try to sell us a system starting at the highest price point. He determined our needs and respected our request for a "middle of the road" system. His quote was great, but we ended up going with a different company based on the 10 year parts/ 10 year labor warranty. Airtron only offers 10 year parts/ 1 year labor.

Jacob Deputy arrived promptly and diagnosed problem quickly. He was polite and professional. We have used him and Airtron before and would do so again.

Provider serviced the unit and found a slow leak that was not fixable. Since the unit was still working we decided to leave it and hope for the best. A few days later, the unit went out and airtron did a good job to provide us with a new unit in a timely manner. They worked great with our renters towards scheduling and getting it done asap.

GREAT!!They got us scheduled very fast! The gentleman came in and got to work. The air conditioner/ furnace would not turn on. He said there was a power surge and the fuse blew! He put in a the new fuse, and made sure everything was running well!!

The service tech. was on time and very polite. After finding the issue he was very apologetic that he could not fix. Part under warranty but labor to fix is going to be high. He gave us 3 options with one to replace the unit that is only 4 years old. We talked to a very knowledgeable gentleman even though he was is sales at the end of it all he gave us information that replacing would not give us a better unit. We have used Airtron since moving into our house to service our Heating and Air and will continue based on the honest information we received today. We could have been talked into replacing our unit but are now having them repair.

Both technicians arrived - one did heating other furnace. Answered all my questions. Worked consistently the whole time.

The company called to inform us the installers were on their way. They got right to work. They answered all of my questions along the way and still completed the job in a timely manner.

The tech was here on time. It took 4 hrs + 2 more because not all parts were here yet. We really appreciated getting the new unit the next day and the extar time was no problem for us. We received a new thermostat- no charge! We were very pleased.
