I had Airtron install a high efficiency gas furnace and air conditioner. and new thermostat The installers came on time and installed the units in about a half day. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They clearly had a focus one doing a quality job. All of the installation work was of the highest quality and no detail was over looked They explained how to use both systems and the new programmable themostat. I have been an Airtron customer for almost 20 years and all of my service encounters have been of the highest quality and professionalism. All of their technicians and sales people are very knowledgeable and quality workmanship is important to them

Airtron did a great job installing a dual zone system in my 5100 sq ft new construction home I built. As you can imagine that was a pricey system. Now a year after install I wanted them to quote adding 3 ducts to the system in part if my basement. They told me it would be $45 to quote the ducts. I protested and got nowhere. I then called Godby, and they quoted the ducts, electric, and plumbing for free. I think charging $45 for a quote is silly and chincy, especially after I spent $12,000 with them in the last year!

It went well I would recommend Airtron to anyone.

The tech came in and he checked the unit cleaned it and replaced the filter. I do not think he lubricated or cleaned any internal part and I am not sure if that should be done on the type of equipment I have. I did ask him few questions which he gave satisfactory answers. Overall it was a good service

It took them a couple of weeks to contact me but once we got it scheduled, everything went smoothly

Our furnace had been making noise for a few weeks. We assumed it was from the extreme temperatures and the strain on the system. We were using space heaters so we could turn down the furnace to give it a rest. But it continued until one morning we woke up and something smelled hot. We immediately turned the system off and called Airtron. We were concerned because we have a small child and didn't want to go without heat, even though the space heater was helping. I purchased one of their offers on their profile for a $49 diagnostic service call and $100 repair credit. I called before I purchased it to be sure they could accommodate us that day and they worked us in. In fact, they had a couple of cancellations and called first to see if it was OK to come earlier. The associate who took my call and scheduled the appointment was even courteous enough to advise me to use the emergency heat setting to heat our home until the technicians arrived. I didn't even think of doing that, and it worked without putting strain on the system. My husband was home for the repairs and he said the technician was courteous and professional. We will definitely use them again when we need service to our HVAC system.

Pilot light would not stay lit - had one part replaced in spring 2014 (told it might also be a much more expensive part if this one did not correct the problem). Same problem again the past couple of days. We decided to replace the 25 year old furnace and a/c. We had previously received an estimate from Airtron (approx. 2 yrs ago) and they decided to honor it. Scheduled the new furnace and a/c quickly. It took about half a day and the service tech explained the new furnace and a/c, filter replacement, etc. Works just fine.

It turned out very well. There were no problems with scheduling. While their prices are higher than others, I use them because they know my system.

Airtron sent a very knowledgeable sales professional to our house. Blake inspected our equipment, discussed options, and made recommendations. We felt we received a good price. but decided to do some comparison shopping. We also made a few adjustments to our equipment needs. Ultimately, we decided to select Airtron because we had a higher degree of trust and confirmed that the pricing was excellent. Once scheduled, Aitron sent a very knowledgeable and experienced technician. Dave disassembled and removed our old equipment, rebuilt the duct transition and installed a media filter rack, and installed the new equipment. He made sure everything worked as intended and made sure all my questions were answered. The new equipment works great and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Everything went great! They were prompt. Every time they said they were going to call or be here they were on time. Courteous and very professional. The installers made sure to explain everything and answer any questions before they left. They were just all around great to work with.

The technician came out to check a bad noise we were experiencing. He diagnosed the problem, quoted a price to fix and gave me a quote to replace the furnace. We decided to replace the furnace. They came out the next day and replaced it within 2 & 1/2 hours.

Service person and installers were on time, pleasant, professional.

Wow! The service tech Chris and Airtron saved me BIG dollars! Another provider came out for the same type of service after we were having trouble maintaining our heat level and initially told us everything was in pretty good shape. After experiencing the same issue later that day, we called them back, and now they were telling us we need $2,000.00 in repairs, or a new furnace! They were pushing quite emphatically for this and I said I needed to perform my due diligence by having another provider or two take a look at this. I told them we had an HSA Home Warranty also and I needed to check with them and see if this might be covered. They told me it would probably not be covered. So, I scheduled with Airtron for a 2nd opinion the very next morning. Chris inspected the furnace, cleaned and made some adjustments, confirmed a small oil leak in the blower and got the furnace back to operating as normal. Chris indicated the blower would eventually have to be replaced (this furnace is 11 years old), but it was running fine for now and could last for quite a while longer. He even took it upon himself to update the Home Warranty inspection contractor who was coming in as he was leaving to fill him in on what he saw! The Home Warranty contractor confirmed exactly what Chris told us, and they will be putting in a new blower for us. So, thanks to Chris and Airtron, we went from looking at $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 in cost, to a $49.00 Airtron service call and a $75.00 warranty inspection charge ONLY!! Now, that is sterling service and truly helping a client. I'll use Airton for all my HVAC needs from now on! Seriously, this was huge for us. We DID NOT have an extra $3,000.00 available for this. Our Furnace door was ajar and our furnace has a safety device in which it doesn't ignite if door is open. Shane Foerg was our technician -he was organized, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had. We will be letting our family and friends know how wonderful AirTron is. They came out. Price what we needed and only what we needed. The next day they place in the new furnace, did a great job and clean up everything and answered all questions.

The process was pretty straight forward. I've always used Airtron as their technicians are friendly, professional, and knowledgable. This occasion was no different. Great, reliable service at what I believe to be a reasonable price on Angie's List.

Technician arrived on time and performed the required furnace checks and servicing. We used a coupon for $59 for this service. Technician was very polite and was here for approximately 40 minutes.

It went great. They were easy to schedule with and they showed up on time. They were professional and they made sure to clean up after themselves. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

They were great. I liked everything about them. When the guy came out to give me an estimate, he knew what he was talking about. He showed me everything and gave me multiple options. There was no pressure. They came when they said they would come. They worked on it until they were finished. They explained everything. It was great. I couldn’t say one bad thing about them.

It turned out fine. They did have to come back because they had to check out and cleaning something. They came back again with no charge and took care of it.

First, the technician that came out to install my furnace was EXCELLENT and very professional. He showed me how to use the new thermostat and also showed me some other features on the new furnace. He left the work space clean and free of any debris. I give him an "A+". This review, however, is on Airtron in general and how they handled this service visit specifically from start the finish. I contacted Airtron to install my furnace and the gentleman that gave me the quote a few months earlier, said he'd like to come out and take a look at the furnace. We scheduled the visit for 5:30 PM but he was about an hour late due to traffic. That was a poor excuse because I work downtown and was able to get home by 5:30 in rush hour traffic. The company should have anticipated the traffic and left their location sooner to ensure they got to the appointment on time OR they could have given me a courtesy call telling me they were stuck in traffic. Instead I had to contact them to ask where they were. On the morning of the install, they were TWO HOURS LATE. My appointment was at 8:00 and they didn't get there until after 10:00. Again, NO courtesy call letting me know they were running behind. I had to call them. I was told they were in a meeting that ran over so that is why they were late. Unacceptable! To be fair, they offered me a year of Essential Service for free for the inconvenience. I will give them another chance because the technician was so great. I have used them several times in the five years that I've lived in my house, and they have been great. Just turns out on the one time that I needed them the most, they completely dropped the ball.

My house was freezing. The temperature would only get to 58 degrees overnight. I had another company come out to look at my heating system and was told that everything was fine. Obviously it wasn't. My family was suffering so I had to call a Airtron. A technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my heating system in a matter of minutes. They now have a loyal customer in me and all of my future heating and cooling needs will be serviced by them.
