Very professional. Came out Friday night and installed new system on Saturday morning. No complaints.

He did good work. He has a strong personal integrity. He however has tendency to over-bid if he does not want a job.

I was pleased with the product but honestly there was one item that really frustrated me. We had an electronic thermostat installed about three years ago by them. I remember talking to them three years ago that we wanted to replace our furnace but not at that time and I want a thermostat that is compatible with any model that they are going to put in the future. So when they came to install this new furnace about a year and a half later, they had the replace the thermostat which they were going to charge us for $780 which we just paid $780 for. I was really not pleased with that situation not to mention that we painted the house and then it was not the same size so I had to cut up the paint. Those things were just irritating. So overall the service was fine but they did not listen very well to me during the first visit and they did tried to make it right by reducing the price of the new thermostat by taking off about $300 but that is still $1200 that I spent on something that should have been only $700. So I was not happy with that. I was not satisfied with them technically. They were good in terms of professionalism but the technical knowledge, they did not exhibit to me that in a very strong way. The guy that came out was fine and he could not really do much after the first experience that we had. But we did not know that the first experience was not correct until we had the second experience.

The tech was scheduled to come between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. (on a Sunday, which was very convenient for us), but Airtron called and mentioned that he could come a few hours earlier due to some cancellations as long as that was convenient for us. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. We explained what the other company had recommended (a $1000 repair). The Airtron tech inspected our system thoroughly, including spending several minutes outside in a cold, pouring rain cleaning the coils of our unit and double-checking the pressure gauges. He concluded that we did NOT have a problem (though gave several reasons why the other provider may have found a "problem" when it really would have been due to other factors -- like a filter needing to be changed or the outside coils not being clean). Airtron and the tech absolutely could have told us that they detected the same "problem" and would be able to fix it for slightly less than the other provider, but this is clearly a business with integrity. When we do end up with a "real problem" at some point in the future, we will undoubtedly call Airtron.

Excellent. The Airtron employees were prompt, courteous and efficient. The removed the 23-year-old furnace and did all necessary wiring and ductwork to install new unit. They explained everything and were very professional.

That went great – the technician, LT, was really good. I would definitely use the service again.

Our furnace stopped working while we were out of town. They had a technician at our house when we got home. They got us heat for the night and came back 2 days later to install a new furnace and air conditioner. They were on time, worked vigorously the entire time, were polite and did a great job. They are professionals!

It turned out fine. We didn't pay any more with them, we ended up replacing it with someone else.

Consultant Ray Reks very pleasant and capable. Two installers very pleasant and appeared experienced. In & out as scheduled.

Great job! Arrived on time and finished earlier than anticipated. I appreciated all the work to install the attic. Excellent installers!

The repair man was here soon on 3-18-15. The consultant was here early 3-19-15 and the installers were on time in the afternoon of 3-19-15. They were very informative and polite.

Installers arrived on time, protected the hardwood and carpet floors from damage, they were courteous and completed the job to our satisfaction.

My heat went out in the morning. Airtron had a technician at my house 2 hours later and informed me of the problem. I had a new furnance installed by 6:00 PM with little disruption.

The emergency on call technician inspected our furnace and explained the part which needed replaced would cost almost half of a brand new furnace! He came out after 6pm (I believe his name was Steve) and w/in an hour had us scheduled with Dave and Zane for the morning. They were kind, clean and worked quickly!
