Tried really hard to get the 15 year old AC unit running again after sitting idle for a long time. Identified the primary issue as an electrical issue and referred me to an electrician to troubleshoot the issue. Knowledgeable, professional.

After my outdoor air conditioning unit was hit by a car (I live in a condo complex), they responded within 2 hours (first call was after business hours) to assess the damage. It was a full write off. They were able to explain what was going to happen, why and give me a price on the spot AND commit to doing the installation the next morning. They were on time for the install, worked cleanly, quietly (as possible) and efficiently until the job was done (about 5 hours), replacing both the outdoor unit and a component that is installed indoors with my furnace. Respectful of my home and animals and that I work from home, minimizing the disruption to my day. Technician (Benji) was friendly and professional and cleaned up after himself. Thumbs up.

Chad Wiadon diagnosed problem and confirmed the sale of the system. He was very professional. Brad installed on the 18th, he too was excellent and very professional.

Purchased a scratch and dent heat pump. Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. I spent several years in the industry a few decades ago and can tell when someone is blowing smoke. Salesperson and installer were both punctual and professional.

The technician came out to diagnose the problem. The next day a salesman came out to make the sell and then the following day the install happened. The installer didn't have all the parts needed and since it was the weekend we were told we would get a call on Monday to schedule the rest of the install. I waited until the afternoon of Tuesday and called them back. It seemed like they din't know about the job not being done. A month later we had an issue with a part failing and again being left without a/c. The came out and fixed it for free. We purchased a 10 year warranty.

They were courteous and professional and came out ON THE SAME DAY when it was sweltering hot, and my kids, myself and the dog were miserable. Within two hours, we were cool and happy aqain.

Everything went fine. They showed up on time, was very professional and I felt the service technician was very knowledgeable.

OK. He was on time and just went about his work.

Ok, we have been with Airtron for 10 years. They were the contractor who installed the HVAC unit in our new home back then; so, we stuck by them. We had a 5 year warranty on our Bryant HVAC system, so about 4 years ago or so, when the warranty was expired and we needed a new fan on the AC compressor to the tune of $700, we purchased Airtron's EHC plan. I have to say the EHC maintenance plan from Airtron has paid off, this past January, with a major Heater repair by one of their Senior Techs. If you have Airtron, only request a Senior Tech! Otherwise you are wasting your precious time. (The EHC plan does not cover interior coil, exterior coil, compressor, or heat exchanger. Heat exchanger has a 20 year warranty from the manufacturer, but not sure how Airtron would handle that...would it be a discount to us only, or would we pay labor only? ) This week, our AC went out again. We had 3 Airtron techs out. Not one of them got it up and running. One told us it would cost $380 to put refrigerant in for a temporary solution, and we'd get that subtracted off of our new AC if we bought from them. SO...MY FAMILY WAS LEFT in a sweltering 85 degree house. Didn't seem to bother the Airtron techs at all. Meanwhile, I posted on my neighborhood FB and asked for HVAC referrals, called one out who came highly recommended. He's a small, family owned business. He got our AC back on, up-and-running! This other contractor did confirm that there is indeed a Freon leak (as Airtron hinted because they concluded we had a "constricted coil", filled it for no charge (telling us the newer kind of Freon nowadays cost $50/lb.) We paid him a regular, reasonable service call charge. He was hear for over 2 hours. He recommended a thorough clean, tune-up, recheck of pressures in the springtime because the leak could be really, really slow, and this unit should last us a total of 15-18 years. That would be another 5-8 years! Now we have AC, & we are comfy, so we can make an educated, reasonable decision about what kind of new system we'll purchase when needed. Not that we couldn't survive some hot days in this house; but when you're paying a maintenance plan, you expect SERVICE that solves the problem. This small, family-owned business also told us: 1) Our compressor was filthy (He cleaned it, and cleaning it alone pulled our pressures significantly down, but the delta temp downstairs hovered under 17, so there was still another problem. BUT, all along we assumed our Airtron Annual Tune-up was doing this job of cleaning our outside compressor! 2) The original install of outside compressor was lopsided, non-level and this would have been an easy fix on a Tune-up (he said this is a problem because then your oil, etc., is askew inside the unit. Of course we knew this, but assumed it was ok, since we had regular maintenance, and nobody ever said a word. Meanwhile, Airtron's conclusion was: Constricted coil and we need a new unit, run at our own risk, and probably best to LIVE IN SWELTERING 85 degrees so maybe you buy a new unit from us, pronto, because you'll get a deep discount from us. UGH. What's happened to decent service with INTEGRITY? Or is is just incompetence. I don't know. But how can 3 techs from Airtron essentially do nothing to help us be comfortable and one other guy, has us up-and-running in 2 hours? Something is fishy...rotten ...UGH.

We purchased the deal on Angie's List. Airtron installed our HVAC system when we built the house and we've used them for maintenance previously and always had good experience. Everything was fine this time, too, except that the technician did not call us until almost the end of their promised time and he was still over 20 minutes away from our house so the work was not done until early in the evening. It was not a huge deal but I wish he had called earlier that afternoon to let us know he was running late. Otherwise, everything went just fine and we would use them again for sure.

They did a great job. It worked out fine. They did what they were supposed to do. My wife was here during the service call but she kept calling me back and forth. They seem to find different problems so we paid more than the coupon offer.

We have a contract with them. We have worked with them for a long time. I think the best part is that they send you like a post card type notice that it is getting close to your time and you can either call them or if you do not, then, they call you to see if you are ready for your tune-up. When they schedule it, they show up on time and they are always polite. They are good.

The service contractor was very professional. Explained what he is doing so that I understand the work being done. Showed the issues with the system clearly.

Completed in less than one day, both gas furnace and air unit (the original HVAC was 22 years old). Airtron has helped us over the years with service to old HVAC 2x a year.

Staff and technicians all have good work ethic, are knowledgeable and skilled, respectful (they cover stairs upon entering for example), accessible. We are satisfied customers.

We were informed after purchasing the deal that it would be a week before they could get out to diagnose a unit not cooling. Well we paid for the service deal right? What choice do we have but suffer. Just to be informed this company does not service modular homes. We were not asked about the size of our home or the unit, just that "they don't service modular homes". Be advised. We have a beautiful comfortable home with a full size unit. Now we have to figure out the return of funds process. Joy.

They did very well. I think they charged $65 on top of the hundred or something but it was perfectly reasonable. It turned out the part they needed they didn't have so they came back and fixed it. It all worked well. They did a good job. The air conditioning is working which is good.

There was a little bit additional cost because, they had to do some additional work. They took the credit from the big deal and everything worked out fine. They are very good. I think they are inline with everybody else. They called me ahead of time with the time that they were coming out. They showed up on time. I would use them again.

It was wonderful. They came out the next day and got it taken care of. Everything that they said was included. They did the $49 and gave us a credit which was great. They told us what was going on with the system. We made a decision to have them go ahead and fix it, which they did. We were pleased with their work. It was a fair price and my husband was very pleased with them.

We called on Saturday morning, the Tech arrived Saturday afternoon and the salesman came right over when called. First thing Monday morning the installer came and put in the new unit. You can't beat service like that. We have used Airtron for many years, and have always felt comfortable dealing with them. The people we've dealt with have been knowlegeable, courteous and not pushy, always given us the options available .

The service turned out good. It was a two-part service. It was a plan. They came out a week after I purchased the Big Deal and that was for the fall furnace tune-up and then, I called them in the spring and scheduled to have them come out and do the air conditioning tune-up and that was probably a week or so after I called them. The cost of the service was just the $119 Big Deal; I did not pay anything extra. I think they are all good. They are punctual and did what I expected. So, they are good.

They were excellent. I would definitely use them again. They go above and beyond the call of duty.

we are always very pleased with the service, airtron provides. They are flexible with their appointments and super reliable. They even take over scheduling for appointments with our tenants and eases my burden immensely.
