Very prompt and courteous service. The gentleman who did the estimate was helpful in answering questions. They were able to schedule the installation very quickly. The two guys who came and did the installation were very hard-working and professional. I was very pleased with their work.

The technicians who came by were very friendly, professional, and they got the job done quickly and effectively. The price I paid for this seemed a bit excessive though. $75 for them just to come out and another $122 for them to do a job that took roughly 15 minutes. Fortunately there was an Angie's List coupon available to offset this cost, but I still feel that $200 for this short amount of work was hard to believe. But as a first time homeowner, maybe I'm just not aware of the uniformly high prices for HVAC work.

I will never hire Airtron again. I called them and they were very quick to come out with a brand new one buy was not quick to come and check out what was going on with this one. I was not pleased with them and if I could tell everyone not to use the again I would. They gave me recommendations but they didn’t guarantee that it would work. I fell that they need to stand behind their product.

We had a service call from Airtron. We used AngiesList to find the contact and also we purchased the deal they had for Airtron. The deal was a $40 service call plus a free $100 credit towards the part. The technician who came to the house was on time and was very friendly and told us it was just a bad capacitor. This was gratifying to me because I have had experience changing capacitors before and knew it was an cheap and easy fix. I came home from work early since he was working in our back yard. He said the capacitor's price is $246. I asked him why the price is so much for a capacitor and he said that is just what Airtron charges for that capacitor as it isn't as common as the other capacitors. I looked up the capacitor listed on the receipt from Airtron and found this same capacitor from $9.99 to $20 at many stores. Amazon has it for $14.99 and would be delivered tomorrow. My question again is, why is the price 1,700% (17 times) higher than a normal price for this capacitor? If Airtron marked up the part price by 2 or even 4 times, I would have understood and wouldn't have batted an eye at it, but when I heard a capacitor is $246 for the most basic part to repair, I about fell over. Four years ago, I replaced my own capacitor on my AC unit myself for $7, and it took me about 30 minutes to replace. After the technician left, I wrote an email to the Airtron contact email from their website. I was surprised when I got a call from an Airtron Regional person. He said he wanted to call and explain the cost. He told me the cost they charged is normal and that is just their pricing. I asked him, why is it marked up 17 times? He explained that I could buy a maintenance annual service for a couple hundred dollars and wouldn't have to worry about the maintenance repairs for that year. I didn't contact them to get a sales call about it, so I told them that I probably won't be using them again in the future if they charge such high prices for the most basic parts. He explained to me that the cost of the parts has to go to paying the service man for their time and some other things. This wasn't good to hear, because I already paid the $40 for the Service, and was then again paying for the part and some more service apparently. I mentioned to the regional employee that I didn't want to write a bad review on AngiesList without giving them a chance to explain the very high cost even with the deal I had purchased. He told me, there is nothing he can do and that if I wanted to buy the annual service plan I could save money in the future. I told him no thanks and I'm glad they responded with a call, even though they had nothing helpful for me except to give them a couple more hundred dollars to prevent the next year's repairs. Summary: $246 capacitor (minus $100 credit from my AngiesList purchase) $40 for AngiesList Deal (The above credit and Service call covered) Total: $186 after the AngiesList Deal. (Without deal, would have been $246 part + Normal Service repair cost.)

It went well other than a disconnect between the scheduler and dispatch resulting in a delayed start. The crew, Benji, Blake and Zane, were outstanding. Worked hard and efficiently.

The technician arrived on time and performed the requested maintenance on our furnace. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process.

Furnace was installed but it refused to run. The tech found a bad gas valve. The valve was replaced the same day but it only worked for 4 hours. Error codes indicated a problem with the ignition circuit which shut down the furnace. At approx. 8:pm I called for emergency service. The dispatcher said all the emergency crew were scheduled full for the night and it would be the next morning before someone would be out. My wife was sick and cold and begged the dispatcher to send someone out. Finally he sent a tech out and he arrived at 9:45PM and fixed the furnace ( A pinched wire to ground). It has operated flawlessly ever since. All tech were responsive and friendly but the night dispatcher was argumentative.

Purchased a diagnostic with repair credit. Quick response. Convenient scheduling. Accurate diagnosis. Very high price. $900+ for a $200 motor replacement. Service tech suggested that I should just replace the entire unit as it was 10 years old and wouldn't last much longer. Seems like a common suggestion. Had the repair done by another company for 40% less

Ray Reks came to our house to assess the condition of our existing furnace and recommended a new furnace. Out of three bids, we found Ray to be most the most professional and thorough in explaining why he was recommending what he did. Two days later, the installation crew of Benji and Tawon showed up on time, completed work in a timely and professional manner. The Airtron bid was not the least expensive, but was the best overall value. I would certainly use Airtron again for heating and air conditioning needs.

We effected to replace our 12 year old furnace after multiple service calls for furnace and heat pump. Installers were prompt and professional.
