They were on time, professional and kind to my father who filled in for me as I was not able to be at the install until the end!

Everything went great. The scheduler was friendly and knowledgeable. She got me into their schedule for the next day. Our tech, Mike, was able to get to my home earlier than scheduled. He initially diagnosed a bad motor and gave me a reasonable price to replace. However, while preparing to install the motor, he discovered a bird had flown into our vent and was cause the return to cease. He cleaned up the incinerated bird and the furnace kicked on immediately. He went ahead and performed a 22 point inspection. I was so p[leased with Airtron that I purchased a maintenance package. Even with that cost, I still saved nearly $600 because he didn't insist I still needed the motor. I obviously will hire them again.

Great! Alex was our tech and he was friendly and courteous. They came out when they said they were going to and the offer covered our annual tune up.

My experience with them turned out great. They were really good. They were out within a day or two after I purchased the Big Deal. I think I owed them a little bit like $25 or something. They found something wrong. The fee I paid covered most of it, but I did have to pay a little bit additional on top of that. I was very concerned that I was going to have to need a whole new system and the guy was great. He was very honest and told me that he was actually able to repair it. He had thought going into it that he was going to have to tell me that I needed a whole new system as well, but he said that he was honest and he wanted to let me know that he was able to fix it and he felt that it would be fine for a while. He very well could have just told me that I needed a new system and I would probably have gone with it. So, I definitely appreciated his honesty and that I paid such a small amount when I thought it was going to be in the thousands.

He checked and cleaned the furnace.

The technician was prompt and efficient in checking my furnace. He reported there weren't any issues with it and that the filters were all fine and did not need to be replaced.

I received a phone call back from a female rep who transferred me to someone to get scheduled. The guy asked a bunch of questions unrelated to scheduling the visit before deciding to transfer me to someone else without my knowledge that he would be transferring me. The next guy said they could not do business with me by providing a quote for a HVAC system because it goes against company policy to give a quote with an existing unit in the home that is less than two years old. Why call me back when you could simply write me and say unfortunately we cannot provide with a quote at this time OR after you've had the system removed, feel free to give us a call to come out. Since neither was the case, I assume they don't work with people who've had recent bad experiences with another company. A mess!

They were pretty good. They did forget a few things.

I have a yearly contract with Airtron. They are fine. We just have them come out and do a semi annual checkup. They call me and come out twice a year and do what they are supposed to do. It only costs me the contact that I have with them.

Great, once they came out. The previous owner had also purchased a service contract. I am very very pleased with the thorough, fair work of all of the technicians who have been out to service the air conditioner.

From the estimate, the responses to my several questions about my options, the scheduling of the installation, the timely arrival of the two technicians, their efficient, neat, professional execution, clean-up and explanation of not just how to use the thermostat, but also the intricacies of how the furnace works (and even their price, which was better than the two other quotes I received), this organization is squared away. Joe and Jared were the technicians, and they were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.

We have a contract with them. We've been with them for so long. The did the initial installation.

They come out twice a year for maintenance. I would recommend this company.

The entire process went very well from beginning to end. They were honest and followed through with what they said.

The techs did a nice job checking the A/C and various components.The outside shutoff switch on the A/C was set too high, but it was working correctly. The techs cleaned the A/C unit when they did the service call and diagnostic. I was so thankful that I got the Angie's List special: offering a heating or cooling service call and diagnostic PLUS a $100 Credit toward repairs or upgrades for just $49. I really liked Carly at Airtron who did the scheduling. When a billing question arose, Chris (the main tech) checked with Carly at Airtron who honored the Angie's List agreement. The people at Airtron work together as a team. I especially appreciate the future $100 Credit for repairs or upgrades! Because of Carly and the great Airtron deal and great customer service, I would definitely have Airtron return in the future!
