Tech was on time and did the normal tune-up. Pointed out a part that could need replaced in the future and provided an estimate.

This was a big deal purchase. It worked out as planned. It was routine maintenance so I don't think it was anything they could have done any differently. They are pretty much like one show in town, I don't think they are many others, at least not that I am aware of. They are the ones that installed the new system in the house so if the price is right I would rather stick with them.

I must admit, I was stressed to the max about this project because of our other project with tiling that room's floor. Airtron made this so easy for us and my stress went away! The guys were very punctual, which made for less stress with tiling. They were very professional and friendly. They answered all questions we had, explained everything to us and cleaned up after everything was finished. I'm extremely pleased with Airtron and how they worked with us to make 2 ongoing projects come together seamlessly. I would highly recommend them!!

The tech was very polite and professional and thought he corrected the leak. Later, though, we discovered the leak was not fixed. Called right away and in a couple of hours another tech came to the house (in the evening). Analyzed that the cause of the leak was from a different source and was told that another part needed to be ordered. A couple of days later (earlier than expected) the part arrived and the tech installed it. They also honored their coupon of waiving the service call due to the repair.

I found an Airtron deal and called them to ensure they would honor it. They said yes, even though this was a humidifier. I was feeling great about them and had used them for a prior furnace repair. They came out and found it was a defective board. The part was under warranty so it would be no cost. They did not quote me upfront for an anticipated cost. I went many weeks not hearing from them about the part. I had to call three times before it finally came it, which they said was the manufacturer issue. They then hit me with the cost to replace the circuit board. First quote was around $400 and then they called back with around $225. This is a 5 minute project. I asked if they could tie it to a tune up or anything else and they said the charge is for the visit. I ordered the part for $30 and put it in myself in 5 minutes. They wanted to charged even more than a whole new humidifier. I was pleased with the politeness of the service people who have been to my house. I was not satisfied with not properly disclosing a cost, the fact I had to call multiple times for follow-up, and not working for a creative solution, such as combining with a tune-up.

Ray, our consultant, was amazing! He educated me and took the time to answer all questions. Install was scheduled 3 days later and our installers were punctual, quick and walked us through the new system. They also left everything spotless when they left!

All members of AirTron team and from Climate Master (the maker of the Geo unit) were prompt, courteous, and thoroughly explained unit operator to us at completion.

Corey the service rep that came out was very good. He was willing to teach and appeared to pay attention to detail, and I felt like it was money well spent.

Techs Joe and Jarred arrived at my door with an intro and handshake. Explained the process and promptly went to work keeping me in the loop while they went through the replacement process for the heat pump at the end. Joe went thorough paperwork thoroughly and they both did a great job.

They've been reliable. We've used them ever since we had the furnace installed, or various furnaces.

They never showed up. Airtron would not give me a refund. Angie's list said it was over 30 days so they can't give me a refund. Tell, me who got my $59? I was not me.

I paid for the service Dec 2, 1016. They did not schedule the job until Feb. I left home early from work to be there. They did not show up. The clerk was so rude when I tried to reschedule and even hung up when I told her I didn't want to argue with her. I called back to cancel and get a refund from Angie's List and they only told me it was over the 30 day grace period. These vendors should be required to schedule within the 30 days if there is a 30 day refund policy but in this case I paid, didn't get the service and cannot get a refund either. To date, I am out $59.

There were 2 service men. They got to work, started and never stopped until they were done. They put plastic liners on all the floors. When completed, we ran over everything until I was satisfied.

Installers arrived on time and performed unit install. Both techs were very courteous and explained all work performed during the process. Install was approximately 6 hours.

It went very well. The crew came on time. I was impressed with their level of professionalism. Matt and his assistant introduced themselves to me first and explained in detail the whole process. They truly exceeded my expectations, and were great to work with.

Called ahead of time and gave approx time of arriving - 30 min. Were punctual, assessed what needed to be done. Explained thoroughly. Checked out humidifier and explained maintenance and functioning of inside thermostat. Staff appeared knowledgeable, considerate, professional, answered and solicited questions. Completed service sooner than estimated.

Was not cost effective to repair. They provided a fair estimate to replace the system.

We have always had excellent service from Airtron. They have always been easy to work with and even to negotiate occasionally on the price, and they have given excellent service. The clean up has never been an issue. We have used them since we've been in our house so we have used them for 8 years. We have their yearly maintenance plan so they come out twice a year for that. We have some warranty service initially.

They're an A+. I would absolutely use them again. Two persons came out to do the job. The service and the install was easy. They took care of everything for us. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a great service all the way around.
