They are great. Even helped fix a problem that was caused by another company. They relayed the pipe, coils and new air that was destroyed by a competitor. I'll never use anyone else again. They walk you though all steps of the process. They have really good technicians. They really like their boss, Dennis, just rave about how good he is.

Their professionalism and all of that was great, but their price was, like, a $500 difference. I can't say anything really bad about them, other than I was surprised?in the price difference. Airtron was on the side of our air conditioning unit so that is why we called them first. We were getting quotes. They were wonderful to work with it was just the price. We were honest with them, and said we would give them a call and that we were pricing it because we lived without an air conditioner last summer. This summer we, like, decided we were not doing it again. Then another company came out and was almost $500 different so, obviously we did not go with them. They did not do anything for us. It was free for them to come out.

The work went extremely well with no issues. The work men explained everything they were doing, if they ran in to any challenges, they communicated them to me immediately and were very polite and courteous throughout the entire process.

Chad was very efficient. He called to say they had a cancellation and could come early if I was available. He arrived on time. He did a very thorough checkup and explained everything to me. He explained that there were several problems with our air conditioner and explained which ones were really needed. Several problems have probably existed for a long time and one problem that should be fixed. He replaced the capacitor for $129.00 which was discounted because we had the annual maintenance plan. The annual maintenance cost through Angie's List was $119.00

We're on the maintenance plan for them. You get two visits a year. I'd give them an A on everything.
