Description of Work: I joined an AirTron service plan for my furnace and A/C after being dissatisfied with the availability of my previous provider. AirTron has been punctual, professional, very easy to contact and schedule, and even a bit lower priced than my previous HVAC provider. I have not had to have any major repairs or service, merely scheduled inspections & maintenance. I am happy with AirTron and will continue to use them in the future.

Prommpt and true to the cost and also convinced us to sign a contract to care for our furnance and A/C which in turn saved us money on this service call. We won all the way around now with the upcoming cold we have heat.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for a $39 diagnostic special. I was having trouble with my air conditioner and was told that the unit was low on coolant which meant a possible. I purchased the big deal for a second opinion. The serviceman from AirTron was very nice. He performed the check on the coolant which confirmed the problem with the system and was very helpful in answering questions. When time to renew my contract for service for the furnace and air conditioner I am definitely going to consider AirTron
