Description of Work: I received one email the day I purchased asking for the best timed to call. I replied and never heard from them again. I tried leaving messages two or three times but a human never answered. I requested my money back from them in September and received an email reply that he did not have my nsme in his system and I should request a refund from Angie's List. NO services were ever scheduled or provided.

Description of Work: Came to check air conditioner. Service call very short...less than 10 minutes. Tech said the leak was inside the coil and would be approx $3400 to repair. We were better off getting a new unit. No alternate fixes discussed. We called a 2nd service who said that there was a leak however he could not tell how bad. He also said that the air ton tech did not unscrew both sides of the line. He filled the unit with freon and we will watch and see how quickly we may need to replace. |Previous service for heating was excellent.

Description of Work: Air conditioning unit was not running. Electric component was replaced and air conditioning unit was thoroughly cleaned. Unit is now working and is much quieter and efficient than before.

Description of Work: The Technician went out of his way to try to get my AC going again even for a short time, but unfortunately it could not be repaired. A few days later, their Sales rep came out to my house and gave me a mental picture of what was going on with my AC and options, if I chose to get a new HVAC unit. No pressure. I decided to wait and after about 2 weeks of hot weather I called up Ryan and he helped me with the best finance option and unit for my home. When the Technician came to install it, he was very efficient. Overall a great experience. I am so glad that I took Ryan's advice on the unit. My energy bill was $60 to $80 less than with my old unit than what I was experiencing over the same month for the last 10 years. What a surprise to me. Very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone needing their unit repaired or replaced.

Description of Work: We use them to do a twice-per-year furnace or air conditioner check. They are thorough, punctual, and do not try to sell us on unnecessary service work. This is the second locale where we have had them do this work, and they have been great over the 10 years or so we have used them.
