Description of Work: Normally an Airtron fan, but during my pre-winter tune-up, they charged me $50 to replace my humidifier filter without even checking to see if it worked first - when I asked if it worked, he tested it and said No - but they won't refund my $50 - they will only apply it towards a new $600 humidifier - not happy and shopping around now

Description of Work: First repair only lasted 1 week, I didn't have to pay for the return trip and the second repair was related to the fact that the Air conditioner had to work so much to catch up after the heat had set in, I placed a call when I discovered that there was a second issue, but they didn't return the call and I had to place a second call. Otherwise it was good service and the repair persons seemed to know what they were doing. My unit is almost 20 years old and will need replacement soon.
