I called on a Sunday morning- fortunately for my family the weather was just starting to turn cold. They were quick and verified their work before leaving. We were able to use the Angie's List coupon which helped. The sensor was expensive and it only took the guy 15 minutes of labor so I think it was bit pricey. However it was a Sunday evening and it was worth it just for not having to wait until Monday to be home without heat in 20 degree wind chill weather. We've used them in the past for air conditioning and they were used by the previous owners of our house and we will continue to use them in the future.

They were extremely responsive on a very busy day. They came out at PM to do an emergency repair, allowed us to sign up for the maintenance plan which gave us a discount on the emergency repair as well. They were extremely courteous, conscientious about our carpet and cleaned up after themselves well. I highly recommend them!

I think they were very responsive. They called to see what kind of unit we have, I wasn't sure so they said they would return at no charge to make sure they installed the correct filter.

I have been using this company for the past 7 years. I have never had a problem with this company. Not one. We have a service contract with them for the next 2 years and plan on renewing that when the time comes.

Came out to service existing Trane furnace, was not recommended because of unit having had previous water damage. Installed new unit the following day. I was happy with the service that they provided. The only problem I had was an air purification system was removed. I have had a couple of phone conversation with Mr. Messer, and he was supposed to find out where the unit went and how I could get it returned, that was about 2 weeks ago and I still don't have it back.

Arrived on time, did the work extremely well, Trane air conditioner and furnace are definitely better the units we had. Fan failed within 30 days and they came out and replaced, no questions asked at no cost. Unit has worked flawlessly since.

They worked us into their schedule the same day we called. The technician was right on time, did the job quickly, and was done in 30 minutes.

The service tech was on time and pleasant. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself.

I originally had part of my quote to include moving the A/C, after talking with my wife about it we decided not to move the unit and when I talked to Airtron they adjusted the quote. Overall, they provided the best unit for the price. I would highly recommend using Airtron or at least giving the chance to provide a quote.

I called Airtron to schedule seasonal tune up service on my heating and air conditioning unit. Airtron was able to offer the "essential service" package to me at a yearly savings. The agent was able to schedule an appointment for the work to be performed in a time frame to meet my schedule. Airtron even called the day before to confirm the scheduled appointment. And, on the day of the appointment they called 30 minutes before to ensure that I knew the technician was on his way. When Jeff arrived at my home he greeted me with a handshake and a smile; something rare in the service call industry today. He immediately began working on my A/C and heating unit to tune it up for the fall season. Jeff was not only experienced and professional in his conduct, he was also friendly and not afraid to engage me in conversation. Jeff also noticed that the burning unit was about to go out on my HVAC unit. So, he replaced it free of charge.

It was a little bit weird having the salesman in our house. The presentation lasted longer than any of us were comfortable with, I think, and we weren't sad to see him go. A friend recommended this company to us. He said they were the only company he found who would show up for a service call without charging just for showing up. They would have been our first choice, but the salesman from the company we did use really made us feel more confident in the unit that he sold us.

Airtron was fantastic! Five stars with fast and friendly work! We had originally scheduled a service call for two days later than they had actually arrived, but moving the schedule up was no problem and they arrived the same day we had asked for the updated visit. They came out, fixed the air conditioner and charged a very reasonable price for their services.

Technicians were both courteous & professional. The price seemed high, but I have no basis for comparison. It was 90 plus degrees & getting the AC functioning again was of primary importance.

I earlier reported on good service but had some reservations regarding the Company's Angie's list coupon. Those reservations were fully resolved and I fully recommend this company. Great company to work with.

Outstanding work done by Greg and Airtron. Airtron called and the service technician arrived as scheduled. He was courteous and very thorough. He welcoming questions and provided detailed and thorough information on each task and outcome. I routinely ask if the technician wants to be left alone because many repairmen have made it clear that they don't like to be watched. Greg was just the opposite. He provided a wealth of information and suggestions for owner maintenance. Each step was completed expertly. The drain for the air conditioning was cleaned and the water has disappeared! Greg showed me one area he cleaned for the air conditioning that has never been touched in the 13 years of service that I've had at this home. He cleaned this area and as a result the air conditioning is working much more effectively and efficiently. It is outstanding in this 90+ degree heat! Last Greg directed me to the Airtron Indy website where I obtained a discount coupon.

We were very very satisfied. They fixed our problem very quickly. He was very polite and we would have him again.

Fine. New pipes blocked furnace filter access somewhat, but they came back and fixed that. New A/C unit not quite level on ground but I guess it's good enough. Also, if you want to keep your old programmable thermostat, tell them (they haul away *ALL* of the old equipment). They also suggested we redirect uneven airflow with nerf balls stuffed in some vents, sounds like a good inexpensive idea to me.

Our home is 6 years old. Airton installed the heating/A/C in 2001 with new construction, so after checking Angie's List and seeing good feedback, we called them for our service call. We thought the fan motor was bad on our A/C unit, and the technician confirmed this. The service call was $90, which was expected. The charge for installing the fan motor was an additional $500, which seemed very high. I questioned the repair tech why so much for a 1/2 hp fan, and I was simply told it is "single line item pricing". He suggested I contact their office. I did so and was told the same thing. They do not break out their labor from material which makes it impossible to determine the labor rate or the mark up on parts. Afterwards, we found the same 1/2 HP fan motor on the Internet for the retail price of $85. We were charged $500 for 1 hour of labor and an $85 part. The $90 service fee for coming to your home is added to this amount.

A service technician responded the same day as I called for repair. I was advised of the cost of the repair, and chose to speak to a sales rep. Who visited my home the following morning. Within three days the entire system was replaced.

It went great! Joe did all the work efficiently. He was here for about 30 - 40 minutes and let me know how much longer he would be working off and on. The only mishap we had was a miscommunication from when I scheduled the appointment. I anticipated a one-time appointment, but asked for the contract information to be sent to my home so that I could consider it. The office led Joe to believe that I was a contract customer, so he did a more thorough inspection (both heating and A/C, rather than just A/C) than was required. I am not dissatisfied, because he only charged me for the A/C inspection. My cost above is with a $25 dollar online discount.
