We pay between $150-$200 for the service contract per year. They have been consistently reliable. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. We have always received great service from them. We will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

They quoted me $450 to install a new thermostat, and I thought that price was way too high. This was the first time I have worked with them, and I might work with them in the future, as long as the price is right.

I thought they were good because of the work they did. I did have a couple of issues once, but they came back promptly and took care of them. I have no complaints.

Very friendly phone personnel. We were called when the technician was about 1/2 hour away. Technician was very courteous and seemed to care about his work.

I have used them for a couple of years now. Their service depends on who comes out. One time the guy came to fix my air conditioner but broke something else. I called and they sent out someone more experienced to fix the problem. They usually send out people that are not very experienced to do the maintenance.

This was the first time we had used their services. We called them and it took about a week for them to do the work. They came when they said they would. It took them several different times to get the job done and every time someone new came out. It took them a couple of months for them to solve the problem.

The are great. The people they have are really nice and they really try to help you out. I had to call in the middle of the night and the guy showed up immediately.

We have an Essential Service Plan with Airtron. We called them when our A/C system seemed to be operating but not cooling. The customer service rep suggested we check outside for freezing on the unit which turned out to be the problem. She told us to shut down the system and scheduled a technician for the next morning. Chad arrived promptly and found a leak in our refrigerant from an inside coil. He added two pounds and gave us an estimate to replace the damaged coil. He also completed our semi-annual maintenance tune-up while he was here -- this work was scheduled to be done three weeks later and I appreciated it being done all in one call. We are very happy with the service we have gotten from Airtron.

It goes pretty well. The people are friendly, polite, and professional. There was one time when my air conditioning had a leakage I didn't know about. They told me about it.

Excellent service from Blake the sales person to the installer. Very smooth transaction. Never felt pressured or "sold" on anything but what we needed. Unit seems much better than old one. In fact, the garage floor was much cleaner when the installer left than when they arrived! Very happy with company and service.

It was excellent working with them. They were very straight forward with their information. Blake, the salesmen I dealt with, made suggestions to me on which one to buy, that would work best for me as opposed to a bigger sale for their company. Their prices were lower than others. They were available every time I called them and they always returned my call if I was not able to reach them personally. They took the time to talk to me about everything and answered all my questions.

They confirmed my thought and gave me confirmation that everything was ok. They were even willing to come out at no charge. They made one small repair and everything was AOK.

They do yearly by yearly maintenance, they check the appliances for me. And they check my house twice a year for one hundred and sixty dollars and I also had a coupon from Angie's List.

They always show up on time. Mr. Jones does a great job.

I liked everything overall. They did have to come back after they first installed it to correct some errors, but they did rectify the problem to our satisfaction.

The experience was very good. It was excellent. The person that took the call was very informative and it was easy to make the appointment. They came when they said they would come and the fixed the problem.

My A/C went out at the same time as a state wide heat wave. Airtron call center was swamped and initially stated that they could not come out to even look at it until for 4 days. I have a child with Asthma and a wife who is 8 month pregnant so this did not go over too well. I will give Airtron credit, once they learned my circumstances they were out immediately on the same day to try and help us. Unfortunately the compressor was shot on the unit and we had to wait for a part to be shipped from the manufacturer. While we were waiting for the part, Airtron customer service team could not get any shipping status or estimate of when we could expect the parts. I tried to escalate the issue to a manager twice by leaving voicemails and never received a call back. Only the third time I called and mentioned Angie's List did I receive a call back and got the replacement scheduled. After the initial part I received was also determined to be faulty, the manufacturer has to ship a second replacement over night. The end result was that I went 2 and 1/2 weeks without A/C or any updates from Airtron. Once a working part was received they replaced with little issue. The technicians were friendly and efficient.

They came out last week for an annual inspection, cleaned the A/C checked it out, called before coming out and they hit their window from 1-5. Did exactly what they were suppose to do.

They were here on time and called ahead of time. They did a good job and are very reliable. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to others. They are very fair on there pricing.
