This company, and in particular Jerry Duncan, Field Service Manager, John Frazier, Service Technician and Steve, another technician, corrected problems three other HVAC companies created or could not resolve. We built our home about five years ago. The system worked until the second year when we decided we should have routine maintenance done. Brian Matheson, working with David and Dennis Bond, were the original installers. The Bonds apparently were not doing HVAC work when I called for help. They came out once to check the thermostat which they said was okay, but was not. We had 2 other companies and Ken Carrier and Brian Matheson make service calls over the next couple of years. One company succeeded in not having the AC work properly; another did something so that we did not have heat. Then neither the AC or heat worked correctly. Brian Matheson put in a new thermostat and made several calls to resolve the problem of the gas heat not kicking in appropriately at the right temperature. He said it was another defective thermostat and would replace it, but never did. He did not respond to our calls then. I called Airtron and Steve worked on the problem. He did all he could do but said others would come out and work on the problem until it was resolved. We appreciated his honesty. Jerry, John and Steve spent a total of four or five hours here. They consulted manuals and checked the sytem. They found it had been wired incorrectly and the thermostat was set to an electric rather than gas furnace among many other problems. They did an amazing job and fixed what no one else could. We would recommend them to everyone and are grateful for their help. They were professional and knowledgeable.

I did not go with them because I thought the price was high for what they were planning to install based on other quotes. I thanked the salesman for coming out and that was the end of my dealing with them. To date, I have not chosen a contractor.

They were very polite and I was immediately able to get a hold of someone who could tell me how much it would cost. I didn't go with them because of the price. They were charging $89.95 for a cleaning. That was the only reason.

He gave me a price on fixing it. He then made a call and then said that they could only replace the system, not repair it. He also said that he couldn't give me a bid because he was only the technician. He was going to charge me for coming out but I resisted because he didn't do anything. They ended up not charging me. I called the company and they said that they would send out a salesman and they never did. I don't think I would use them again. RECAP: Chris, from Airtron, called to make amends regarding this report. She seemed sincere in her message and I have attempted to call her back for a 2nd opportunity to book an appointment for a Sales person to come back and provide an estimate. I have made that call attempt now 4 different times and that?s all I?m going to attempt.

Needed maintenance done of our heater.

The services they provide are good. They give us a window of time when they are going to show up, and they are always here within that window. They call you before they show up at your home. They do excellent work and are very professional and courteous. The one thing we like about them is they give a complete listing of the times they have checked our furnace and air conditioner so it is easy to keep track. We have used them for 12 straight years both spring and fall; they have been excellent each and every time. We are on an annual contract so price would vary from an individual service call.

They were very thorough, professional, conscientious, responsive, and answered all of our questions.

Called for an estimate to replace 20-year-old heat pump system. The sales representative, Blake, arrived on time as scheduled. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He spent about an hour with me explaining everything in detail and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He gave me an estimate on the spot. I called Blake after deciding to go with Airtron and Gary arrived on time as scheduled. He also was very polite and did the job all by himself. I felt comfortable leaving him alone in my house, as I had to go to work. It took less than six hours to complete. He explained in detail how he installed the new equipment and how to work the new thermostat. I would highly recommend Airtron to anyone, especially if they have Blake and Gary for sales and installation.

I checked around and Airtron was one of the only companies that offered the best price to replace my old Trane units with new Trane units. I was very happy with the units they installed. They were very friendly and professional.

I thought the service was expensive for replacing small pieces.

We got a reminder card to make our appointment. The technicians call when they're on their way and remove their shoes at the door. They didn't detect anything wrong with our unit, gave some advice on the type of filter to get and the whole process was easy.

They do a nice job and always give us advice on things like what type of filters to use. Our biggest challenge is just getting it scheduled on time with two working adults.

They are great! I have used them in the past and I will use them again, they are very punctual, they are always well priced, and they are very professional.

The service men were very efficient and knowledgeable.

Everything has been excellent. They send us a notice when it's time to check on the units, and we have been happy with them.

Very professional service, replaced old unit (15 + years old) and removed all old equipment. Good service and left us with a good running heater and A/C unit.

This price includes a furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier. I have had really good service from them. The employees that come in are always very cordial and nice. They are very conscious about keeping the floors clean. They are very honest and dependable people. They always come when they say they will. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Our furnace is 14 years old and well past it's prime. Scott He tried to order a replacement part but our system is just too antiquated. In June they came out and fixed a breaker as we tried to remedy a problem that was inevitable. We were trying to put the replacement off as long as possible. As a woman, I am trying to learn all of the main systems of the house. Whenever a service man of any kind comes, I always ask lots of questions to be informed. Our serviceman, Scott, was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and he didn't try to rush the job or sell us expensive equipment. He wore booties in our home and that is very much appreciated. We have decided, on our own, to order a new furnace system from Airtron because ours was so outdated as well as the fact that they didn't try to take advantage of the situation. Frank Indicot is a salesman from Airtron and he will be here tomorrow to go over new furnace options for us. I also liked the fact that he didn't leave us hanging and made sure that we had an appointment before he left. This is my second report them and I couldn't be happier with their service. It was also fantastic that they offered a $25.00 discount on Angie's List for a service call. Making the total $64.00 as our costs. Just wanted to mention that they have also been very punctual. I guess this is why some businesses like this one offer appointment time frames (example we will be there between 3 and 7). This way they have enough time for each customer. This is usually a frustrating practice to me, but I have now been on the other end of it and I am grateful.

Airtron has been great, especially Frank the tech. Frank took a lot of time trying to figure out why our 1 year old house had dramatic temperature change from room to room and found that we needed another air return. He also gave us great advice on using a cheaper furnace filter. That advice has changed the temperature of our home to a much more comfortable range and has saved us money on our electric bill. We use them every spring and fall to service our heat pump.

They didn't do a very good job at putting everything in. They didn't cut the hole in the wall the right size. They did a bad job at painting everything too.

We have used Airtron for 15 years to do yearly maintenance. They are professional, friendly and punctual. We recently found another Angie's List highly rated company with cheaper yearly maintenance so we are going to switch.

We purchased a service contract from Airtron when we moved into our house. They tune up the heater and air conditioner twice a year. Several times our heater broke down. They responded either the same day or early the next day. The repairmen were always courteous and professional. Their repairs worked and were not costly.

I have used them for years and have always been pleased. They are very knowledgeable, neat, clean, responsive, and professional.
