We have a maintenance package and we pay that annually. They come out 3 times a year. We have used them for the last couple of years for all of our heating and air conditioning needs. They have always done a good job. We have been really happy with their services, that is why we have used them the last couple of years.

Our experience with them was good. They showed up on time and got the work done. They did a fine job and were reasonably priced too. They charged around $150. Since they came out on a Sunday there was also a $90 Sunday charge.

They were polite and very nice the whole time they were here.

I have been pretty happy with AirTron. They provide good customer service. They are kind, courteous, and informative. I pay them on a yearly basis for spring and fall servicing. I will continue to use them in the future.

Their service was good and they were clean and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and everything went very well. I imagine their prices are comparable.

Not well. I called Airtron as I had been without heat for a few days. I selected them because I was under the impression, based on my initial call that they were Trane dealers and would have the part readily available to fix the heater. They were very responsive and sent someone out according to my schedule. They were very punctual and the serviceman was very professional. Unfortunately, I needed a new motor and they did not have the part. And, they couldn't get it for several days. This was unacceptable to me as I was going to be out of town and needed to get the heat fixed before I left. I felt like I was mislead to believe when I called, that they had Trane parts and could fix the problem without waiting for several days. I did tell them that I would need to find someone else, however of course they then charged me for a service call. After the serviceman left I called to express my dissatisfaction with the manager and her response was that I would likely have difficulty with anyone I called as they just don't carry all parts. And, the manager said she could not credit me the service call...or any portion of it. So, I immediately proceeded to call a locally based company. They were at my house within the hour and took the heater apart... They said they could have a motor the next morning. They arrived on time, replaced the motor, cleaned out the fan, and even secured some loose insulation I had. And...all this at half the cost of Airtron. I certainly learned my lesson on using locally based companies who are more responsive to the needs of consumers.

They were prompt, courteous, and very informative. They did the work they said they would do for the price they said they would do it for.

They are professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing is reasonable as well. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

I was not at home when the salesman came over, so he gave the quote to my wife. I called him later and he answered my questions. Their quote was very competitive. I also went to their office and met the sales manager and he was very helpful and spent time with me. He was upfront and answered all my questions clearly. They also had very good rating and that?s why I went with them. I had a good experience with them.

We went with Airtron because it was the best deal. Everyone did fine and they got to us within the week of us calling.

The salesman (Ryan Roberston) explained fully my different options. Very professional. I wasn't able to go with the high-efficiency furnace (with the tax credit) because of the weird configuation of my basement, so I went to the next best. The installation went flawlessly. The installer, Mark Brown, was very good. He stayed until 8 pm to get the job finished! He explained how everything worked and set the variable thermostat for me. He cleaned everything up and even wore shoe covers in our house. Again, very professional.

I have dealt with them many times over the last 15 years. I was not sure if I had bought a service contract for the air conditioner. So I called them. They told me that I had subscribed for a programme which involved a few free inspections and other things. I was told that if I had it done, I would be entitled to other things and they would come out at no extra charge. I could not remember any of this. They had it in their records. They came and serviced the air conditioner and made sure everything was alright. They asked me to sign a form and did not charge me anything.

They had installed our original furnace when we moved into our home. We had been dealing with them for the last 20 years. We had been happy with their service. They do our yearly inspections. They brought out portable heaters until they could install the new furnace. We were very impressed with the salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and not a hard sale at all. We didn't feel pressured. We felt that he knew the business and we could trust him. We had confidence in him.

They installed the unit about a year ago and they service it for us every year. I have a service plan with them, which is like a yearly agreement. They have always been friendly, courteous and reliable. They know everything about our air conditioning system. I will continue to use their services in the future as well.

They are very good and very courteous. They are always very prompt. They make sure that they don?t leave a mess or track any dirt or anything. They do a very good job. They have always been very fair and open with any problems they find and in dealing with them.

They have been very good about making sure that everything is taken care of. They always seem to know what they are talking about it. They get in and out quickly. I have no had any problems with them.

Another company improperly installed a new outside airconditioner unit with a new coil three years ago. Recently learned reputable companies do not install new air conditioner units with a new coil. When the unit recently stopped cooling, called the company who did the original a/c installation. They came out and installed two pounds R-22 for $251.00. Unit stopped cooling in 30 days. Called the company back. Then came out and wanted $74.00 to tell me I now need a new coil for $2000.00. Called Airtron for a second opinion. Airtron came out the next day (Saturday) and gave me three options: A. Install a new coil int the existing unit at 65% the cost quoted by the "other guy". B. Install a new 80% efficient furnace and new coil for $2580.00 C. Install a new 95% efficient furnace and new coil for $4760.00 This unit provides a $1428.oo tax credit and a $220.00 Vectren gas rebate. Since our furnace was 18 years old we selected option "C" Airtron install the unit the next working day-Monday- complete in one day!

I thought the price was very good. They worked with me on scheduling. They were easy to work with. I requested that they raise the unit a little higher than my old one. They actually raised it a little higher than I liked and they corrected this with no problem. The reason I have extended my membership with Angie's Lists is because of the A rating they have on the list. I used AL as my determining factor and was far from disappointed.

They cover their shoes when they come in the house. They take their time and do a really good job. They pretty much just inspect the system from time to time. They do a good job of it.

I have been using them for around 20 years now. They have been doing a good job. I have had a good relationship with them. They come and do things that I want them to do. They have installed furnace in the past. They come and do their work, though I am not there.

They were great and there were no problems. I checked a couple of other prices and they were in line. I had to do something quickly and I had been a maintenance customer of theirs. It was a lot of money, but I got a lot for it. The quality and responsiveness were excellent. I will hire them again in the future.

They did an air conditioner heat pump type of inspection. They came inside and inspected the air conditioner. They cleaned a little pipe out, as there was a little leak. The job done by them was good. The one thing that they didn?t do was that, they were supposed to clean the outside unit and the technician said that his hose wouldn?t reach. I felt that he should have had a longer hose. So, that part of the service didn?t get done, as I thought that I should have got more out of the service. I had a coupon to give them for the price that they charged. I might use them again in the future, but if I did, then I would be a little bit more cautious.

They were right on time. They were the most competitive of the pricing. He said that he could get it done within a days time and he did. Both the salesperson and the people who did the work were professional. They were great people to work with.

The technician was prompt and after testing the equipment, told me the unit was still in good shape. He suggested a couple of things that I may want to think about adding to the system in the future, such as a humidifier, and a light stick to control moisture in the system. He also cleaned out the drain holes in floor and recommended that I check them periodically so moisture does get under the tile.
