Their pricing is good. They seemed to be pretty professional when they come out to do work.

They were just fabulous. They did a great job and were very professional. We were very impressed with them. It was great. We would absolutely use them again.

They originally installed my furnace about five years ago. They did an excellent job. They have the best product. Their service and everything was good. The bidding process had no pressure and that’s just the way I liked them. I would recommend them.

After being gone for a few hours, we arrived home to a very warm interior due to the air conditioner deciding to conk out on the warmest day of the year. We have used Airton in the past and I knew their phones were answered 24/7, so I went ahead and called them after 8:00pm thinking I could get on their schedule for the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised when the gal said someone could come out that evening and we would not be charged a higher fee for "after hours" service! I was told a repairman would arrive sometime in the next three hours, but a guy called just a couple minutes later and arrived about an hour after my initial call. Brian was able to quickly determine the problem and make the fix quickly ahead of a potential storm on the way. We are so thankful for the quick response and service!! WONDERFUL!!!! THANKS, AIRTRON!! P.S. Since I had a coupon from Angie's List, the service call was free and we were just charged for the repair.

We did not spend any money with them. We liked their honesty I think. They are pretty clear in explaining what they thought of the previous contractor had or had not done. The experience that we’ve had with them was very short. They haven’t really done any work for us besides taking care of complications. Their responsiveness was great. We will use their services again in the future.

Since we had no cooling/heating after diagnosis we wanted replacement ASAP. Airton scheduled it just a few days after we decided and signed. They showed up on time, did their work quickly and efficiently. I had to leave before they were through but i felt confident in leaving them to finish and lock up. they offered a finance plan that accrued no interest for a year which i took them up on. the system is working well with the cooling -- heat awaits the fall and winter. the contract includes a one year free check up fall and spring. after that a paid contract is available.

I am very happy with them. They have been dependable, price competitive and their service men are very nice people. I will continue to use them.

They came out and did a great job. The name of the technician was Danny and he was very knowledgeable. He seemed like he really cared. They don't try to sell you anything that you don’t need. They just give you helpful ideas to make your unit last longer. They told me that I might want to replace some rocks that had mulch around my units outside so that the mulch doesn't get sucked up when the air turns on, and I will be doing that. I have been using them for five years and I am very happy with their services.

Airtron came out on June 7, 2011 as our a/c wasn't cooling properly. They said there was a bad valve that wasn't opening properly. It wasn't something they had in stock and the valve had to be ordered - would take a day or two to get it in. The guy tried to charge us for a service call even though we had a coupon from Angie's List for an $89 service call. He reluctantly took the coupon, but acted as though he were doing us a favor by not charging us. He said the charge for the repair once the part came in, would be $725. I asked why so high for just a valve and he said the part was actually still covered under warranty (our unit is only 4 yrs old) and that the $725 was strictly labor. WOW! Must take several hours to repair??? He said yes, it was a pretty big job - had to take the unit apart to replace the valve. He said he would order the part as soon as he left our house but we were later told the part wasn't ordered until the next day, Wednesday. We were told someone would call us as soon as the part arrived - the temps that week were in the mid-90s so we were more than a little anxious. I called them Thursday afternoon to see if the part had come in but it hadn't. I was told by the customer service rep that it would probably be in the next day, Friday, and that as soon as it came in someone would be out that day to install it. Again, it was about 94 degrees that week so we were glad to hear it would be installed right away. Friday came and I still didn't hear anything from them. I finally called them in the afternoon and was told that, yes, the part had arrived that morning and we were on the schedule to have it installed on MONDAY! WHAT??? I explained to the CSR that we had been assured that someone would be out to install the valve as soon as it arrived - that my husband had rearranged his schedule so he could be home all day Friday as we had been told on Thursday that the valve would likely be in Friday - two different service reps ASSURED us it would be installed Friday as long as it was in. I was angry and told the gal that I was less than impressed with Airtron's service and perhaps they could keep the part and we would just call another vendor. By this time the weather forecast for the weekend was mid-70s so I really didn't care. Apparently, neither did she as she replied that that was okay if that's what we wanted to do and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a manager/supervisor. I didn't like being promised that it would be installed the day it came in only to be told they would be out 3 days later! The CSR I spoke to the 2nd time was very nice and put me on hold to see if she could get someone out sooner. She got back on and told me she was still trying to get someone out there that day but if she couldn't, someone could be out Sat. morning. She said she would call me back to definitely let me know one way or the other. I never heard back from her. Later that evening I received an automated message saying that someone would be out Sat. morning between 8:00 & 9:00 and that they would call 40 min. before arriving. They arrived at 7:50 a.m. Sat. but hadn't called first - we didn't really care, just glad we'd have a/c again. It took the guy 1 hour, 40 min. to install the part - not HOURS as had been explained to us to justify the $725 LABOR charge. I asked why the charge wouldn't be half the amount since it took roughly half the allotted time. He said they have 'fixed' charges for different repairs. The repair we had done was priced based on it taking 3 hours to do - it didn't matter that it only took half that time, we were told the charge is the same. Unbelievable! So basically, they get $241/hr just for labor for that repair or roughly $450/hour if they do it in half the time - pretty nice gig! We will NOT be using Airtron again!

Do your checking before having your A/C worked on. I will still continue to use Angie's List

My air conditioning system was originally installed by Airtron, but I currently have a service agreement with another company. The evaporator coil developed a leak and my current servicer said Bryant informed them that the warranty expired 3 weeks ago based on the date of manufacture. With written verification of the actual installation date, the part would be covered under warranty. I called Airtron and they told me the installation date over the phone confirming the unit was still under warranty, but would not provide written documentation so my current servicer could provide proof to the manufacturer. They told me to contact my builder which I did. My builder told me to contact Airtron since they installed the system. When I told my builder that Airtron had referred me to them they informed me that Airtron should provide the information. My builder is going to follow-up to get the required documentation. Airtron was not helpful. UPDATE: My builder intervened and I received a call from Airtron's New Construction Sales and Builder Warranty department. They validated what information I needed and provided it within minutes. I have changed my initial rating from an F to a C. I'd still give my initial experience an F, but Paul McKendree from the New Construction Sales and Builder Warranty department gets an "A"

They were very good at what they did and they did an excellent job. They were timely, but the price was outrageous. They did the service twice a year. They were very qualified. They had a plumber associated with them as well.

Our heater went out during a period of extremely cold temperatures. We called Air Tron that night and they sent out a service tech. The service tech diagnosed the problem, but could not repair it that night as he did not have the part. He referred us to the sales department, who came out the next day and pitched us replacement systems which ranged from 6k to 15K+. We were told that the part that we needed may or not be available for a few days.

They did a good job. The guy was quite courteous, he showed me around, and gave me a few pointers. I used a coupon from Angie’s List for this service, it was an awesome coupon.

Professional, quick, complete and he didn't try to force sell us a new unit. Our heat pump/air conditioner system is 15 years old, an age at which many companies try to bend the truth a little in order to sell you a new unit to replace your "worn out" old unit, but he was truthful with us and told us that our system looks very good for as old as it is and that everything is working fine.

The overall experience for this client was an appearance of fraud.

We got a discount on them. We’ve been using them for quite sometime. If we need any parts of the furnace, we contact them. They were really good. They were out here the next day and had our furnace in. They went and fixed it. We didn’t stay as warm as we normally did, but we had enough warmth and we didn’t have to suffer. They did absolutely a fantastic job. We had to have an AC pump because the heat pump that we had was an old one. So we ended up having to change the whole system. They did a fantastic job. They were punctual and they were clean. They were great. They were absolutely wonderful. They were responsive. I had a couple of problems after they installed the furnace. They came out and fixed that. I would use their services again in the future.

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning Company is good. I have a maintenance contract signed up with them. They come out twice a year for $159. Lately, I was experiencing a smell in the house. I found out that there was some mold that was growing because I hadn?t cleaned the heating & cooling unit for a year. So, they cleaned it and also put in a part. They charged me only $249 where as the part actually cost $299. The part they put in kills the entire mold and everything. So, now the house doesn?t stink like it did. They said that motor was covered with dirt because I hadn't got it cleaned for a year. So when the motor ran, it heated up and released the smell of the dirt in the rest of the house. I didn?t know all that. They actually showed everything to me before they cleaned it all up. They did a good job.

I think Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning was actually very good. They were prompt, they did it in the time they said and prices were competitive. They were professional. Everything has been working out well since then.

They are great to work with. Any time we have called them out they have shown up and given us good estimates. They did a great job the time we had them do the cleaning. We've got to replace our heating and air but it is too expensive for us now so we have it on hold. They are very professional. They make sure they clean up when they leave. They are true to their word and don't try to give false estimates. When the guy came in to do it and he couldn't, he called in an actual sales agent that provided us with a correct quote. They don't try to give us false hope or false leads when they know they are traveling down the wrong road. They are good about giving discounts and follow up calls. Their price was good. They were right on top of their game and they came the same day we called them and they came on time. We will call back to them to go our heating and air replaced.

It went great! The service tech was very professional. He didn't try to sell me a whole new system. He allowed me to watch him work, because I'm curious, and showed me how to do some minor cleaning/maintenance on my own. There service plan is very resonable. Will definately use them in the future.

They have been very good. I rate them high overall. They look at two furnaces every fall and two air conditioner every spring. We have a contract with them now. Another friend of ours had also used Airtron and they had a good service from them. That is why we switched to Airtron. Our experience with them so far has been very good. They do all the things I ask them to. They show up on time and explain everything really well to you. They contract is very clear. We have a very expensive filter and so they gave us some contracts so that we can directly have those filters here when we needed them. They were every upfront. We got to know a lot about our furnace through them. Our daughter, friends, and we have been very impressed with them. I will continue to use them again in the future.

Called company to request estimate for new furnance, a/c and water heater in newly purchased home. Estimator provided options for various system and was not pressured in my choice. Chose dual heat pump / propane system and a 50 gal propane water heater. Installation was soon after with prompt completion and clean up of work. Had issue with freezing of furnance condensation line. Called and resolved same day. I have used this company for the past 9 years in our previous residence and would recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors. Very pleased with the great service!
