I give them high marks. They’ve been very good and very courteous. They are very prompt and very professional. They are local and they have several offices. I have a maintenance contract with them ever since I bought my house in 2000. They’ve been very good. They have provided good service. They are prompt and courteous. The service technicians are very professional. They show up on time and they answer all the questions, and I do have a lot of questions typically. In fact I usually watch their work and ask them all kinds of things. All of them are very good. I have an annual maintenance contract with them and they renew it each year for the services.

Their last visit to my house was about three to four months ago. They were pretty good. It’s hard for me to evaluate the quality of their work, but I guess it was okay. I am not an expert on the services they do, but I didn’t have any difficulties. So, I think their quality of work was good and it was fine. There were no problems. Their responsiveness and punctuality were both good.

The service person (Cory) was great and explained everything to us. He took extra time to show us the problem.

Had their heating system inspections done and was very impressed. Was expecting them to say I need a new "this/that", but said everything look well. Jeff was prompt and very nice. I recommend them to do a furnace tune up and will be calling them for a A/C tune up next year.

It went very well. The few issues we had were I feel more on our GC's part. Very good price and very responsive and willing to do whatever is necessary to make things right. Can not beat the Bryant warranty either.

I called for an estimate on replacement of a heat pump. Ray came out at the scheduled time and offered me several price options. I had previously had another company give me an estimate which was twice the price. That company offered no options, other than the most expensive model. Ray patiently explained the different price levels and made a recommendation based upon the size of the house. I also purchased air duct cleaning that was performed by Stanely Steamer - Phillip and Kyle were awesome. They explained the entire process and were very respectfuly of my house. On install day, Mike Daniels called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptely. Again, he explained the process, cleaned up after himself and showed me how to change the filters in my new system. I was extremely happy with Airtron's service and would recommend it to anyone

My experience has been good. They have done the exact job that they said they would do.

Our existing air conditioner was not working. A tech came out to evaluate the issue. It turns out we had a coolant leak and that we required additional coolant and a coil replacement. We were advised it was not cost efficient to do these repairs as we were over half way to a new air conditioning unit. Both techs (inspection and installation) and the sales representative were very patient and helpful in answering our questions. They were punctual and called before arriving.

I really liked them. Everything was overall satisfactory.

We called them around 7pm to see about having someone come out in the next few days--to our delight, they contacted dispatch and said they'd have someone out that same night. Our technician arrived and was extremely friendly and polite. He put on booties the second he walked in and had us describe the problem. After checking a few things (the filter, the circuits, etc) he narrowed down the problem and went over our options (repair vs. replace the furnace). He was never pushy about replacing our 15 year old furnace, which is one of the reasons we'd been putting off having it repaired--we didn't want to be pressured into thinking we had to replace our entire system, so his honesty was very welcome. While we were weighing our options, the technician asked if we minded if he took a call. It was a younger technician with the company calling for some advice on a tricky unit and after listening to him for a minute, it was very clear that our technician 1) knew exactly what he was doing 2) knew what to check before determining what was wrong and 3) knew the little 'tricks' that come only with years of experience. Although we generally try to get three estimates before making any major repairs, we were certain that we had found someone very knowledgeable and professional. We asked him to replace the blower, which he was confident would solve the issue. He was able to replace it right away, and even went above and beyond by fixing a pipe leading into the furnace, cleaning out areas in the furnace I didn't know existed, and testing the system multiple times before leaving. Everything worked great and the house was nice and toasty before the frost set in. We were extremely happy with our technician, and would certainly call AirTron with any other HVAC problems in the future.

I would recommend this company and technician any time. I plan on using them in the future.

Allergies have been horrible this year so I did some research and called AirTron. They were very helpful on the phone (Sharon) and walked me through the options. They sent out a technician a couple of days later to install the humidifier, unfortunately the purifier didn't fit so they ordered one that did and installed it the day it came in.

I signed up for a yearly service with them before I knew they damaged the contactor so they did fix it for free because I signed the yearly contract with them. They were not going to fix it for free because they made it seem like the contactor was why the house was not cooling, but that was not the case. I asked them for an updated invoice for the contactor they repaired, they never got back to me.

They were available for same day service, prompt, and no extra charge made for a Saturday service call. Office staff and techniican friendly, professional and helpful.

I was very pleased with the outcome. They listened to me and did what I told them. The cost was reasonable and competitve.

Will not do business with Airtron again. I spent over $6000 on a new Trane AC 7 years ago...

AC stopped blowing cold in the middle of the night. Called Airtron at 11AM. Friendly phone customer service. Scheduled a tech for 12-5pm that day. Rick showed up at 1pm. Very friendly and efficient and happy to answer my numerous questions. Quickly diagnosed the problem. A bad capacitor was quickly swapped out. No trying to sell me the service plan or any other junk. Just quick, honest service. Charged $309 which included the cost of the service call. With the free service call with repair coupon downloaded from their website it was only $219 total. A very fair price. The original price of $309 seems a bit steep for a $30 part and 10 mins of labor. The $200 area is much more reasonable. Overall very satisfied with the entire experience except the pricing without coupon. Highly recommended.

Airtron's employee Greg came out within the time frame, immediately started work and came in when he had information. He explained what was wrong, the capacitor was out, and then he recommended service options. He then went out and took a more in-depth look while fixing the capacitor and was fantastic in his explanation of the state of our air conditioner (18 years old), and what services were available for when we would need to replace it. He honestly explained that ours was old and would need to be replaced but that he couldn't put a time frame on how long we would have. I really appreciated such honesty and felt like he was treating me with respect by telling me, even though I didn't have much background in the subject. He could have just tried to railroad me, but he did a great job. I will go with Airtron again, and when we buy a new unit, we will buy from Airtron. Fantastic!

I called on a Saturday when my heat pump was making a terrible noise. They showed up in a short time and shut the pump off so it could thaw out. In a few days after the heat pump thawed, they returned to find that a $2500 part needed to be replaced. This part was not compatible with a part on the furnace that it needs to work with. This is due to the age of the system. We decided to see if we could get along with the old system for a while, but within a few days it was doing the same thing. They had to replace the heat pump and the furnace. They sat down with me and showed me all my choices and explained everything. They kept checking with me to be sure everything was OK. Customer service was way beyond the usual.
