Description of Work: From the very beginning, I ofudn Sigman pump and well company to be very friendly and accomondating...they actuallyacted like they cared about me as a customer. My well had stopped pumping water. After searching Angie's list and calling 3-4 companines ot get price quotes for working on my well I elected to go with Sigman because they were the most customer friendly and had the best price by a country mile. Their priced quote beat their competition for the same service by over $750. My well is an old one that was underground. They had to find the well and open it up. They replaced the well pump, put a riser on the welll to the surface of the ground to bring it up to code, replaced the piping from the top of the well 75 ft deep down to the well pump in the well, and replaced my well tank in my basement...all this for $1775. This may sound like a lot but was a bargain compared to the other company quotes. I owuld recommend this company to anyone needing well and pump service. They understand what it means to treat the customer with respect.

Description of Work: A leak in the line from the pump into the house. They came within a few minutes of being called but we unable to do any work prior to the gas company marking the sites of the gas lines. They called the gas company for us and came back promptly after they were called at 7:30 AM the next morning when we told them the markers were in place. They were careful about digging and not tearing up more of our yard than necessary, cleaned up nicely and finished quickly.

Description of Work: Old pump was running constantly and was gradually losing pressure. Several service people (plumber, soft water repair, etc.) agreed the pump probably needed to be replaced. Several pump companies were mentioned. After checking Angie's list we asked David (B****) Pritchard, the owner, to evaluate the system. He arrived promptly, did a thorough evaluation, and agreed the pump needed to be replaced. His estimate for replacement with similar pump was lower than other general estimates. We were impressed with his knowledge and low key objective approach. He discussed other pump options and we opted for a more expensive constant pressure pump. His team arrived at the scheduled time, completed the job in less than the estimated time, and the final bill was less than the original estimate. An excellent experience.

Description of Work: THEY CLEANED OUR WELL, REPAIRED ELECTRICAL WIRES, AND REPLACED THE WELL CAP & OTHER FITTINGS.
