Excellent experience with Service Plus, from scheduling to technician visit. We were having some issues with our furnace, and the technician did a full inspection and recommendation for repair. I felt like I was being given straight answers and honest service.

So they came out misdiagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that was extremely high and then performed no service. Called a second company to come in and they diagnosed the problem and we saved almost 5000.00 with going with our second choice.

We had purchased a HVAC year tune up last year. It included 3 service calls. We had not scheduled the final service call yet. Service plus called us proactively to schedule, which was awesome! They came out, did a great job. Impressive customer service, responsiveness and attention to details.

They arrived at the correct time. They did the work perfectly and we were very pleased.

I especially appreciate the emailed confirmation of the appointment, the bios of the techs coming to your home, and the follow-up contact to confirm satisfaction. Also appreciated is the upfront analysis of the work to be done and any options and pricing for consideration. In our most recent case, this was the second outside spigot that Service Plus has replaced. We have also used them for inside plumbing work as well. This time I decided that it was appropriate to take advantage of getting an annual preventative maintenance contract for our HVAC and plumbing. Service Plus Heating Cooling and Plumbing is definitely a company that I can recommend without hesitation.

The technician Ken was courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. A thorough inspection revealed a significant emerging problem on one of the heating systems and offered various options for addressing it. The developing problem would not have been apparent to us without the inspection and we can now budget in advance for the work.

The technician Ryan was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work. He inspected our plumbing system and found a few small issues that are not urgent options for addressing them were provided.

Craig, the technician, showed up earlier than expected, which worked out great for us. He was friendly and very professional. This service provider sent us an email with Craig's bio and picture, which arrived via email the morning of his visit. This is a great feature which we really appreciated. The installation process went as planned. Craig did go out of his way to more the controller for the unit into the house, which makes it much handier to monitor and make setting changes. We will definitely use this company in the future. Overall, a great experience.

I had a limited schedule on Saturday, so they were kind enough to schedule my service call first thing in the morning. The technician called to tell me he was on his way and even arrived early. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I appreciated the fact that he wore shoe covers in my house. He even offered my dog a treat! I have been so impressed with this company since my furnace installation that I purchased an annual service contract and will continue to do so in the future. I have also recommended them to a couple of my friends who are considering HVAC work at their homes. Highly recommended!

I used Angie's List coupons to have three furnaces checked and serviced for the winter. Serviceman Ken Holderfield showed up on time, was professional, explained what he found in layman's terms and performed his work in a timely basis.

Dean and Toby did the plumbing work and were very professional. Dean pointed out some old water lines that show a lot of corrosion that may need replacing soon. I have a house that is over 100 years old and some of the water lines are the old galvanized piping. David did the furnace clean and check on my 10 year old furnace. He found that the igniter was on the way out plus one other thing that needed cleaning. He did a great job!

I purchased a special deal from Service Plus to clean and inspect my furnace for the upcoming winter season. I was able to schedule a convenient time window. The technician arrived on time. He quickly performed the inspection and gave my aging furnace a clean bill of health. He then explained the Service Plus maintenance plan which will meet my needs precisely. It was a great experience and it was all handled very professionally.

They said I needed a whole new air conditioning unit. Another company told me I did not have pay $6000 for another unit.

They did a good job. They came out and looked it over. They said it was aging but it was still in good shape. They left it in good condition. They said to call when we need them. They were efficient. They explained what they were doing. I had a very good interaction with them. The work turned out good. We had no problems all summer with the air conditioner.

All went well, the technician Derryck was on time, he assessed our problem without hesitation. He had to leave to go and get the pump but it didn't take long and overall he did an excellent job! We have used Service Plus many times over the past year and all of their staff is well trained, polite and able to answer all of our questions. Their prices are fair and there is no one else we would call for any type of HVAC and plumbing issues. Don't waste time calling other service providers -- Service Plus is all you need!

I had been having trouble for some time but decided I needed to take care of it before it got any worse. I called on October 5th in the morning & they were able to come by lunchtime. They called when they were about 30 minutes away, something I had requested as I have dogs & wanted to put in their crates. I explained to the service tech Blake Dukes, how concerned I was about the cost as I am on a very strict limited budget & was hoping it was just clogged up & that nothing serious was wrong. He said he would do his best & his best he did. It was a simple clog so the cost was only the service call. I love this company - their employees are courteous & do their best to satisfy their customers with minimal costs.

I was very impressed with the service received. After a series of heavy rains in the Indy area during August, I noticed a small puddle of water each morning around the drain & would use my shop vac to clean it up (thinking that it would remedy itself once the ground outside dried up and the city sewer/water lines would catch up with normal levels). After a week of this continuing to happen and an out-of-town vacation quickly approaching (and fearing that the problem could be more severe than imagined), I research some options on Angie's List and was pleased to find this vendor had a coupon for drain inspection/cleaning. I scheduled the appointment in the morning & was contacted promptly. I was even more impressed that I was able to get service that same afternoon! Furthermore, I received a nice email from Service Plus introducing me to the plumber assigned to my request and with a face picture of the gentleman. He showed up on time, was very professional and completed the job quickly. Luckily, it was a simple clog, and I was given some helpful tips on how to properly cover the drain to lessen future issues. It was an excellent customer experience & I plan to use this vendor again to perform a clean-up and annual check on my furnace.

The job was fine. I think the cost was a little high. The cost was $5,000 and then they had to come back and give me, ;like, an $800 credit because the distance they had quoted from the front of my house to the road was only half the distance. To get an A, they should have done better with their cleanup process. They left a pile at the yard. They should also be fair with the price.

The Technician did a good job and was very thorough with what was needed. He also answered some questions I had. I had to have him back a week later since I noticed there was a very small leak in one of the connections. The company responded promptly to my issue and he came out again to fix the leak. I have not had any issues since. I was a little surprised at the cost, however since I have not had many plumbing issues for awhile, the cost might have been normal.

He arrived on time. (Service Plus sends a photo to my email ahead of time so I know who and what he looks like). He spent a lot of time, making sure that all was done thoroughly. No complaints. This was part of a service contract that I have with them so there was no additional cost for this service. They always remind me of when a service is due as a part of the contract, so I don't miss a service that I've already paid for.

They couldn't do a complete inspection because they ran into mud plugging the tile. Derryek told me my options, their cost and possible outcomes. I didn't have any of them done. He was very good.
