Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumbing

I had to have a pot under my sink because it was leaking so much. The plumber that came out told me it was normal for a little dripping under a sink. This wasn't a normal amount of dripping, I had to have a pot to catch the water. He told me everything was fine and I didn't need to have any work done. I told him I didn't understand how everything was fine if I had so much dripping that I had to have a pot under my sink.

I have had several blocked drains over the years, and no service was better. I called the answering service at night, and Service Plus called first thing at 7 a.m.. The service man called first and was here within the hour. The service rep was courteous, professional, and hard working. He was finished in about 20 minutes and left the area very clean. Super job.

He inspected and explained the issue. He did as much of a temporary fix as he could. Ultimately, my furnace life had run its course.

It was our sink in the main area. It was good, I mean they did what they were suppose to but I feel like they charged us more than it needed to be. I bought that and I don't know what the problem was. It was around $200. I think they did it the next day or something like that.

A great service provider and I would use them again. The service tech. determined the problem and completed the service within 30 to 45 minutes. Very seamless!! Great work

All I have to say is, use this company if you get the chance. I've had four total experiences with them and all of them have been tremendous. Erik is the one that came out yesterday to the house and he was on time and incredibly nice and pleasant to deal with. From start to finish (calling about the issue -> Setting up appointment -> having the issue fixed), I have yet to be disappointed by this company and look forward to using them for any future needs. The actual work that took place was the replacement of a flex gas line with gas pipe. It was covered under their warranty so it was a quick and painless experience for me.

I called Service Plus on Friday morning after our heating went completely out. They said they would be able to schedule something in the afternoon, but called back immediately to let us know they were able to get someone out within 30 minutes of our call! They sent us a picture of the technician, Toby, that would be taking care of us. Everyone at service plus was so friendly and accommodating when we called due to this emergency situation! Toby checked out our unit and explained that it wasn't safe for use any longer, and that we would need to replace the whole thing. He gave us several estimates and we decided to get the 95% efficiency heating and cooling combo. They also had financing available, which helped us out in a tough situation. The technicians came the next day to install the heating unit and stayed there all day until they had it completely installed. They will be back out on 2/4/16 to install the AC unit. The technicians were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves well. I will definitely call Service Plus again for my Heating and A/C needs!

Service was performed quickly. He accurately assessed the problem, knew exactly where to cut the wall to reach the blockage, and had it all fixed in 2 days. Everything working great since then!

I used them twice in 2015 and I have an annual contract set up with them. I will be using them in the future. I have had an annual contract with them for several years and the price of the last service was included in the contract. Back in April they checked my air conditioning.

They came out to do a semi-annual inspection and plumbing repairs. It worked out fabulous! I like that I have an assigned plumber and HVAC person and I get to know them and they explain things very well. They also give options and how to take care of the problems. They offer different options on repairs as well. If I want to provide the product/part they inform me how much it would cost. They also inform me what they would do if they were in the same situation. The office staff is wonderful as well they speak to me as if we were personal friends. They follow-up and they send me a card to thank me for using them.

I pay them on an annual basis. While he was very nice he had difficulty removing my furnace filter and we seem to have a lot of dust released into our air. I can't say 100-percent it was him. It may have been a by-product of the service call. I think that probably is human error. I am not charged for maintenance because I am on a contract plan. It is $16 a month. They have since dropped that to $9.99 a month. I am supposed to get a filter with each service call and it has been challenging in the past to get that filter. I have to tell them to bring it and they tell me it is no longer part of the contract and I tell them I have a contract for that. There is a little miscommunication with them understanding the type of contract I have. He was punctual. I would tell someone who planned to use this company not to use the plumbing. They are extremely expensive. They have given us some estimates and I believe I have already entered that into Angie's List. For heating and cooling, just okay. I think their service is probably outstanding with them, but I don't think the price is all that good.

Have used Service Plus before and have had no problems. A couple of years ago our water heater crapped out on December 31, New Years Eve. They replaced the water heater with no extra charges.

It worked out fine. I didn't spend more. It was just $44. I had major work done on my furnace about two years ago. He seemed to be trying to sell me some other stuff, telling me, a whole bunch of stuff could be wrong with my furnace. I told him, "I wouldn't worry about it right now." The work they did turned out fine. He could have been sincere on it. But I just didn't want to deal with it.

Everything was handled very professionally, from making the appointment, to being notified when they would arrive to the time they were here doing their work. I couldn't have been happier with the level of service I received by all involved.

Drain was cleared, Jonas walked me through the work that was done and gave some tips on how to maintain pipes/drain.

It was fine. They're alright. It led to some other problems by them snaking out our main line. We got a quote from them. It was pretty much two times what we ended up paying. They're nice guys but their prices are a little out there. The snaking of the line led to the bursted pipe in our yard. It got more expensive. It went from a problem where we had water building up in our sink whereas the situation now that we have water in our front yard. The workers were good. They're conversant. It's very expensive.

After experiencing some issues with our water pressure, I called Service Plus for an inspection. First of all, I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to get someone out. I called at the end of the day on Friday and was able to get someone out on Monday. Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was right on time, courteous, professional, and walked me through everything he was doing. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix our water pressure and provided us with a couple different quotes for replacing our water softener. All in all I can say I will definitely be contacting Service Plus again in the future for any other plumbing needs.

My thermostat recently defaulted to the cold setting after a short loss of electrical power during a very cold week. Service Plus asked if I could wait a few days for an assessment of the issue due to many others needing assist with restoring their heat. I had been able to quickly return the thermostat to heat setting and was glad to know they prioritized services for their customers. The service person, Bobby, arrived on time on the scheduled date. He immediately recognized the problem and kindly explained why the thermostat needed replaced. During this visit, he ordered the replacement and scheduled the follow-up visit. The follow-up visit again went well with Bobby arriving on time, explaining how tooperate the new unit, and kindly answering my many questions. I appreciated receiving calls giving Bobby?s approximate arrival times plus e-mails showing his picture prior to each visit. Knowing I was opening the door to a legitimate service person was great. I have used ServicePlus prior to these visits and will do so in the future.

They are professional and honest. I would use them again. The work is always good.

Both the guys that came were very helpful. Being a new home owner, they explained me lot of stuff that I was ignorant about. Definitely use it next time.

Ryan was great. He was on time, very courteous and professional, and did a terrific job. He explained all of the charges up front and kept me informed about what was needed to clear the drain (it took different equipment than originally thought, but this did not change the price). I was very pleased and would definitely use Service Plus again.

The first time they come out it was on Friday, January 8th and Dean was prompt, very nice and very helpful. He explained what needed to be done and unfortunately didn't have the camera on him to be able to snake our lines but again, did give us options and let us know someone would be in contact to re-schedule to get our lines snaked. Monday, January 11th another gentleman come out (again very prompt on timing, nice and helpful). We were able to get our drain taken apart so he didn't have to, therefore he was ready to go with the camera. In the end, nothing drastic needed to be done, only to purchase some drain cleaner since our drains are very old and that was it! All in all, great company - everyone I had spoke to was very courteous. Very happy with the services and would recommend to anyone!
