Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumbing

Went well. Communication is a high point with Service Plus.

It was a very simple and an inexpensive fix and got it back up and to specs and running fine.

We got home one evening and the area around our old water heater was flooded. I called Service Plus and someone was at my house within a couple hours. They gave me a quote for a new water heater, and we were the first appointment in the morning. They were friendly and got the job done quickly. From the time we discovered our old water heater had gone out to the time we had hot water again was less than 24 hours, so it was a really great experience.

He guy came out and tested my A/C with a dirty filter. He told me all of these things that were wrong with my ac and said it would 2900. I called Appel to look at it and they said all I needed was a new filter.

It was expensive for the amount of time and the cost of materials. They bill by the job, not by a markup on parts + hours of work performed, and the overall cost is very, very pricy.

My family usually use them for plumbing issues. Previously we used them for replacing flex lines to our water heater with cooper lines. Was told that the handyman used the wrong type of pipe. The people were very professional and seemed honest. This time I had the install a dishwasher replacing an existing one and replace a garbage disposal. I also needed a shut valve replaced undera bathroom sink. The guy that came to house was very friendly and professional. There was no problems with the service and no problems with any thing they fixed in the house. The only complaint it is so what expensive.

Brad was great about following up with us and answering questions but could not compete with the deal we were quoted with a different company.

We had them one time and they did a good job for us and we called them on a weekend and they just gouged us I feel we paid almost $2,000 to get a motor on the fan for our furnace and I realized it was the weekend but I didn't like the way they treated us. They didn't summarize the bill so I called them and that still didn't satisfy me cause they used a bunch of unintelligible language that didn't mean anything. You would have to have somebody explain it. What I want to do is go to the people that put the furnace in about eight years ago and ask them what their cost would be for the same thing on a weekend and see by comparison if we did get gouged, but I haven't had time. How do I know if they overcharged us. I feel like they didn't treat us right at all. I did explain to them why I was upset. They did send a detailed bill. The man who did the job is no longer working for them. I don't know if he pocketed some of the money or what? I wasn't given an explanation, so there we go.

Very well. He was here quickly and did work in less than one hour. Dean was professional and answered my questions. Plumbers are expensive - especially an emergency call on a weekend. Murphy's Law the pipe would burst then :)

Really appreciated that Gabe was honest and didn't try to sell us anything. What we were asking for would have cost us $1,000s. Instead, he recommend we buy a space heater and even gave us pricing for safe space heaters that they didn't sell. We appreciated him keeping us from spending money we didn't need to.

The service man determined it was a faulty wax ring on the toilet. He removed the toilet and replaced the ring in no time at all.

I have several techs come over and he forgot to put on shoe covers. He went out and put them on once he realized he forgot them. He told me that there was a crack in my water heater but did not show me where it was at. Later, a second tech comes out and he forgot to put on shoe covers as well. I had to ask him to put some on. I had a pan under the water heater but there was still water leaking. The second tech said he could not find where the water was coming from and suggested that it was ground water. The office staff was just amazing. My very first call to them, she responded very compassionately and was willing to help right away. When I mentioned I got them from Angie's List, they made an extra effort to get somebody here.

Asked if I purchased coupon on Angie's list, would cover a service. They said no, the $71 is just to have the tech come to my door. Additional fees for determining issues and repair.

I did not like their high cost. Two people came out and it took them maybe three hours. They left the area clean. I think all the work was done very well, I just would like to get an estimate before the work is completed. Most of the time they have to start the work first.

It did not happen. The pricing was ridiculously high. I was quoted a price over $1100.00 for a job that I ended up getting done for under $200.00. I think they were trying to rip us off, or the guy did know what he was doing. A $900 difference plus additional $225.00 an hour for anything extra. Plus on top of that we did have to pay $79.00 service to just come out. STAY AWAY - BEWARE!!!

Refused to hold up their lifetime warranty, so it did not go well. Was sued by previous owners for failing to fix work, Service plus high price lawyer filed the suit with higher court, essentially bullying plaintiffs knowing that wouldn't be able to afford the lawyer to keep in the case. Not the first time Chris Cunningham has been sued for not holding up their end of deal.

Excellent! Very professional. Spent extra time to go beyond the clog.

we have regular maintenance contract. They do a fine job; on time and knowledgeable service techs.

The tech was very polite, efficient, thorough and gave a complete explanation of his service activities after completing the work.

They didn't put necessary pipes in. I had to call somebody else in to finish the work. I still don't have the plumbing right yet. They put the pipes in the walls, but they didn't put any pipes out of the walls so we couldn't connect any fixtures. It doesn't make sense.

I disliked the adding costs. Oh you're going to need this, or you need that. It's an additional cost for this. I think the price was close to average, but a little bit higher. I haven't had any problems with it, but I am going to give them a B because I haven't tested out the air conditioning.

They are way more expensive than most of their competitors. As far as their actual service goes, I rank them an A but because of the cost, that would bring them down to a B. They were just very professional. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me unnecessary stuff - pretty straight forward with me.

It could have not gone more smoothly. Matt was very knowledgeable, respectful, and personable. I would highly recommend Service Plus Heating Cooling and Plumbing. As a matter of fact we are having them return this spring to service our air conditioning.

It worked out really well. They did a good job and gave me some advise on keeping future drains from clogging. I was pretty pleased. The kitchen sink was clogged up. They did a pretty good job. I am pretty happy with it. They came out a day early because it was my kitchen sick. They got done pretty quick and left the area clean.
