Perfectly. My coupon entitled me to a house call and diagnosis of the problem. The technician fixed it on the spot and did not charge me anything (which is why I put N/A on price). We will be signing an annual service agreement with the company shortly. Excellent service.!

We are on a preventative maintenance program and they come out 3 times a year to check the different equipment. We pay $99 for that agreement. We've been happy with their service. I feel that Service Plus is very thorough in their diagnostic review of our equipment. They have a very friendly professional staff that makes me feel comfortable letting them into my home. I always feel they are ready to help and are honest about their pricing or suggested maintenance or improvements.

We use them for our plumbing as well.

Good experience. They got in to fix the problem quickly, they were on time and polite. We find their prices to be a little higher, but the work is good.

Gabe Couter was our service technician for service plus. Gabe did an outstanding job, he was polite, clean cut, well spoken, knowledgable, and efficient. We have had a maintenance and warranty agreement with service plus for years and they are the first people we call.

Terrible. I was told it was a 3 to 5 minute job and then they wanted $125 to do the repair. I asked them to leave my house.

They always tend to be very much on time. The workers are always professional and polite. They give you an estimate of the work in advance, so you have the opportunity to approve or not approve it. Their service call fee is usually waived when you do the work. They always seem to be successful in completing the project. They attempt to complete the project in a very reasonable time. I would not say that they are inexpensive, by comparative standards, but on the other hand, they show up when they say they will show up, they get the job done for a fixed price, so I think it's kind of worth it to have. They also warranty their work for an amount of time.

I needed them quickly because we had family visiting from out of town. They came within an hour and quickly unclogged the toilet.

We had an issue and it was resolved. All of their techs have been very professional. They are always on time. They always give me a call about a half hour before they come. To me, their value is spot on. Pricing has always been reasonable. In my estimate they have never overcharged or been more than everyone else would charge. If there is something that isn't quite fixed they come right back out with no charge. I wasn't expecting to be able to get service same day because I called so late. I called later afternoon and they were here by 3.

They are very responsive to your wishes and try to get here on time. They give you a broad window for availability and give you an approximate time the day of and confirm within two hours. They are very professional and considerate.

I bought a service call deal over the holiday weekend and the next business day, early in the morning, I received a call to schedule which was great. Gabe came out to check out our unit. He was very knowledgeable, gave us all of our options regarding our unit and we will definitely keep service plus in mind when we have to replace our unit.

Do don't use this company. They will charge you 3 times what the job is worth. After the plumber Left, I cut my front yard and discover he had left the lid off of the water meter and left his tool laying in the yard. I spoke to the owner and complained about the prices. He promised to come by my house the next day to talk to me and get the tool, but didn't show up. They are crroks. Don't use them.

It didn't cost me anything, because I have an plan with them to check out the heating and air every year. I what they charge is $59.99 for each check up. They are with everybody else. I pay one time for two service calls. One for heating, and one for air, and its for twice a year.

both check-ups went fine; plumbing check-up in particular was very helpful because the technician suggested how to fix a couple of things at a minimum of expense; plumbing issue is unresolved so far 'cause needs to be responded to under specific weather conditions that have not yet occurred.

They did a great job. I don't remember the price being a problem. They are very good. It was all good. We've had them here multiple times, probably every 6 months.
