We were very impressed with the service. There is one aspect of the service we are still assessing -- whether the company will honor the $40 Angie's List coupon.

Went pretty well. Not much was found that needed to be fixed, definitely nothing major. Technician sent was knowledgable and professional. Adjusted linkages and connections to prevent malfunctions.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and we were very pleased with them. This is the first time I used this company and they did the job perfectly. The price was fair.

I felt it was a real waste of money. As indicated all they did was check the plumbing through out the house and give a quote for the work. There was no toilet tune up. I had one toilet that needed a new part. They quoted $166 to replace it. I purchased it the next day for $10 and replaced it myself in about 15 minutes. In all fairness, he did put a small pad under a toilet that was not sitting level and he adjusted the water level on another one. However, these are things I could have done myself for nothing.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went fine. There were no problems or surprises. We spent additional money above the Deal. The valve was pricier than we thought but it was based on their standard book prices. The service technician was very nice and explained everything. He was very efficient and worked hard. He actually came back and worked on his own time because he didn't have the right part with him.

It went fine. They got it done right away. They did a very good job. I have no complaints at all. They're very efficient, very nice, and very friendly. They pointed out everything to me, and I agreed with everything they pointed out. It was a very good experience.

I have had mostly problems with previous H/C service providers in the past. These guys take a different approach, everyone from the sales person to the service techs were very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you have had the same experience as I have had you should give these guys a shot. They installed a Rheem system 80% which is still too early to rate, this will take a couple of years. I'm sure there are lesser priced systems but I'm hoping this lives up to their hype. At this point I have nothing negative to say, all good !

I scheduled an appointment with Service Plus due to the central air conditioning not working in my home. Prior to calling Service Plus, I had a friend look at the unit so that I would have an idea of what was going on with the unit. My friend who retired from the heating and air conditioning profession after 35 years looked at the unit and determined that my unit was low on Freon and needed to be recharged. I scheduled an appointment with this provider to get an estimate on adding the needed freon and recharging the unit. The provider was punctual and came as scheduled. He looked at the unit and told me that the air conditioning unit as well as the furnace needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate for a new air conditioning unit and a new furnace which totaled over $6000.00. I was charged $100.00 for this estimate. I declined the new AC unit and Furnace because my unit was just over 10 years old. The technician kept saying over and over (5 times to be exact) that he likes to be upfront and honest with customers which was a red flag for me. I then called another Heating and AC provider who came out and replaced the filter, added the freon needed and recharged the unit. I was charged for the service call, filter and the freon which was under $250.00. My unit has been working with no problems. I'm so glad that I got another estimate which was free by the way and prevented me from prematurely replacing my AC/furnace unit.

The appt went well. They checked our softener to make sure it was working correctly and also checked salt levels which showed to be fine. He also cleaned out our upstairs sink drains.

They found a cracked heat exchanger in our furnace causing us to have to replace it. The crack was confirmed by another service company so I know it was not SP trying to "create" business.

Tune-up was thorough. The only issue we have for this company is the ongoing up-sell sales pitch for additional services and/or unit replacement. Overall, though, they come in and do a good job and are professional when in the home.

I needed to have a toilet reset and bought an Angie's List Big Deal ($59 for $265 of Professional Plumbing Services!). I had never heard of the company before, but the price was great. I don't recall their standard price for resetting a toilet, but it was substantially more than $59. The plumber showed up on time, fixed the toilet quickly (and cleanly), and checked the other toilets in the house.

In total this service took three appointments. During the first appointment a technician said the clean out was not readily accessible as it was located in my basement, as is very common on older homes and was not identified in the service coupon, and requested an additional sum to complete the service, which I declined to pay. During the second visit, another technician was not able to open one of my two clean outs and again requested an additional fee to remove a toilet such that he could run a camera and rooter through. Again I did not pay the extra sum and requested another technician. At this point a real, licensed plumber, came to my home, opened the clean out with no problems, ran a camera through the system, walking me through the visual inspection and illustrating to me how I did not have any issues. Quite a hassle; however, a good end result. I would not recommend this company if you cannot stand your ground regarding extra costs.

Provider had good pre-appointment communication and arrived on time. Was very professional and he spent the right balance of time talking with me and explaining what he was doing, with actually working. He explained everything he did and had no problem with me watching. When an opportunity for additional work was found, he took all the time I wanted to discuss options, and he wrote up 2 different estimates. It was clear that he wanted to make me feel comfortable with his work and the potential additional work, and didn't feel the need to get his job done and leave as soon as possible.
