Jordan was running a little late but called to let me know. He did a great job.

Jordon the technician was on time and completed in timely fashion. He went into great detail explanation process. He was brutally honest that basement carpet was ruined (sick from a pet) and thus I did not even attempt to clean it.

Amy was very helpful on the phone and Ben did a new job with carpets.

I spoke with Amy about the costs and exactly what they covered for having my carpets cleaned. She was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I used the coupon for 20% off that was on the Angie's List page for the company. I set up an appointment for having the carpets done a few days later. Amy sent me an email detailing what I needed to do in preparation for my carpet cleaning after we hung up. On the chosen day the technician, Ben, called when he was on his way. He arrived in the stated time frame. Ben was very friendly and professional. He walked throughout the house with me to see exactly which carpeting was being cleaned. He answered any questions that I asked of him. He explained exactly what he was going to be doing and where he would start and end. He did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. He was able to get all the stains out. He moved chairs and end tables and even a small sofa which had an open bottom so that everything would be cleaned. Afterwards he put little pieces of plastic under the legs of the furniture for protection before putting them back in their original places. These get removed after 48 hours. Other carpet cleaning companies I have used in the past only do the traffic areas and do NOT move anything. Overall, Ben did a great job cleaning our carpets and removing all the stains. Compared to other carpet cleaning companies I have used in the past, I really think this company does a much more thorough job from pre-treatment of stains to cleaning and then rinsing. I also purchased the scotch guard option which is applied last. My carpets look terrific and I am very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I was very pleased with Sani-Bright. I hadn't had my carpets cleaned and they were pretty dirty. To top it off, my cat spent the last week of her kitty life with failing kidneys which resulted in her urinating in the upstairs hallways. The gentlemen who came to clean (there were actually too different men on two different days - I split the job in half so the whole house wouldn't be damp at the same time - i very much appreciated the company accomodating me with this) carefully reviewed what I wanted to have done and what special areas needed more attention. On both days they were quick and efficient. The carpets look great (or as good as 12 year old carpets can look!) and better still, the whole house smells so much better!

Explained process. Looked at area. Cleaned and reviewed problem areas, etc. Was not clear on moving any items, but OK I understood.
