Roby's Plumbing

Roby's responds quickly every time I've had to call them. They were able to problem-solve the issue and make the repairs efficiently. My house is on the market, so I was eager to get the repairs done and greatly appreciate their service. I highly recommend them.

In general, their work was quite satisfactory. They did a lot of good plumbing. They've been quite reliable and punctual, I think quite professional. Just over the years, they put in a hot heater for us. They've done some interior and external plumbing. I've always done very well with them. Just had one delay in some work because the drain line they put upstairs on the second floor, one of the connections was too low for the sewing that they put back in on the floor below and I had to call up to come back out and fix that. It was maybe half, it's too low and the sewing tile would not fit. So, we had to make an adjustment for that, and they knew we were terribly unhappy about that because that cost about 2 days of delay time to get them back out. That's the only unpleasant thing. Quality of work was good. I don't know where are my frustrations. They did professional work. They did a lot of stuff. They put in drain shape in the proper slope. It was a challenging plumbing job for them. We were something less than totally pleased with the outcome. He's a super guy and we've done a lot of work with the same plumber. This is just one issue that we had.

I called on a Tuesday and they had an opening on Tuesday. The rep was very prompt and the work was done professionally and efficiently.

Last fall when I tried to unscrew my hose from an outside spigot, I wasn't able remove it. I was afraid I was going to break the spigot when I tried to use a wrench to unscrew it. With winter approaching, I knew I couldn't leave the hose attached so I cut the hose so that I wouldn't have a problem with it freezing and thought I'd just deal with it this spring. I called Roby's this month to see if they could come remove it for me. They had someone just finishing up a job close by so he had his worker come to my house. The worker showed up shortly and was able to remove the hose.

The work went well and was completed within a couple of hours. The workers arrived as expected, and left the work area in good shape. They were courteous and answered questions as requested.

I have an older home and they are a strong plumbing company that can do remodeling also. They have been a perfect choice for my job. Matt has been very thorough.

He fixed the faucet but the cost was outrageous.

It went well. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it perfectly.

The only reason even I used them is because I had to replace the pump and they were the ones who installed it originally. They did a good job but nothing particularly stands out.

We had a big mess in the house when out water softener imploded. There was one person here doing the work. He spent all day here cleaning out what needed to be cleaned and fixed the issue for us. I would definitely use him agian.

They came out right away and fixed it. And the repair was covered under warranty for repair done in December. God bless them and thank you!!

I was very pleased. They called me early Monday morning and were here an hour later. The technician was very professional and helpful. He saw I had damage to my floors in adjoining rooms and put me in touch with a restoration company who also came out quickly. I would definitely recommend Roby's to anyone.

They did a great job. They came out the same day and took care of it in no time! It was fantastic service.

They did a good job and their response was good. Their price was fine. It wasn't a big job but it is something that is needed to be done and I needed a response and they came in; they did it. We could have ended paying a whole lot more than that.

They were very prompt and polite. They wore booties while working. The service was wonderful and I would use them again in the future if I needed to. They are such a good and reliable company who have been in business for several decades.

We needed some small plumbing jobs done around our house. After searching on Angie's List, we decided to call Roby's based on the good reviews. My husband made the initial call to schedule an estimate, and they told him they would call him back in the next couple of days. When we didn't get a return phone call, we decided to go with another service provider. My concern was if they couldn't return a phone call for an estimate, then their work may not be the best either.

The service went well. I have used the company for several years. One technician came out and completed the job in 2-3 hours. We usually ask for Rick because he knows our house. He is punctual and I have recommended them to friends. They are very honest and up front. I have never had a problem getting in touch with them or scheduling a service.

Great. We had not used them for eight years---because we did not need them----their service is great. When I called and explained the problem, they said they had installed it in 2006 and it should be OK. They were spot on and it was an easy fix. There records were great...

Discovered my old water heater was leaking badly Sunday night. Called them first thing in the morning and they were at my house within 90 minutes. I appreciated their quick response as I was eager to stop the leaking and get the repair done as soon as possible. The technician was professional, courteous and friendly. Did a good job and explained things to me when he was done. Very satisfied!

I called Roby' s at approximately 10 a.m. when our sewage pump did not come on and they sent someone about an hour later. The gentleman who responded explained the different types of pumps along with the price of each. He left to go pick up the pump. When he returned with the one we picked he showed my husband and I how it would work. He was very professional and friendly. He left the area clean just like he found it.

Sink had been installed incorrectly by previous homeowner. So it was necessary to remove the vanity in order to replace the trap. Trap was replaced & plumbing corrected so repair will be cheaper should this happen again. Shutoff valves were problematic & these were replaced as well. We also received help with a kitchen faucet that was running slow.

The technician educated me on how to do it myself so that I would not have to have them back. He taught me several other things about plumbing in general. He was curteous and professional. I will definitely call them for other plumbing issues in the future.

I called Roby's Plumbing to come take a look at my kitchen faucet that had gotten loose and was having intermittent occasional problems turning off the water. I was told the estimate would be free, but if there was work done, there would be a charge. There were 2 separate issues going on at the same time with the same faucet. Although they sent someone out promptly to look at the faucet, I was not impressed with the man that came to my home. I am not even sure he was a plumber. He looked at my faucet briefly on top and then checked underneath very briefly and told me that I needed a new faucet. He told me I had "gunk" built up causing the problem. He told me he could try and tighten up the faucet a little that day, but they would have to come back another day to install a new faucet once I purchased one. I i asked him if he was going to charge me to tighten up the faucet and he said yes. So, I replied that it did not make sense to do that since he was telling me I needed a new faucet and would be charged again when it was installed. He went out to his truck to get the price on installation of a new faucet and told me it would be $275 which I felt was very overpriced, but did not mention that. He left. I called a few other plumbers from Angie's list that had A ratings and the price to install a new faucet on a granite counter top ranged from $125 to $175. The plumber with the least expensive price was booked out for over a week so I asked the other plumber to come to my home on Monday, July 7 knowing I'd be able to purchase a new faucet by then. When the other company arrived and looked at my faucet, they informed me that the faucet I had could be repaired and fixed the faucet for me.There charge to repair it was $195, which was a little more than installing a new faucet however, I was able to return the faucet that I had purchased and get my money back. The plumber that fixed my faucet from the other company told me he had no idea what the "gunk" was that the plumber from Roby's was talking about and laughed that he told me something like that.

I've used them several times and they were so reasonable. They identified the problem and worked very hard. He was hardworking, courteous and he solved the problem. I was satisfied with the price. The quality of work was efficiently done and I had no problem. The office people are pleasant and know exactly what to do.
