They were extremely polite, quick, and affordable. They wore the shoe covers in my house, which I think is very respectful.

Dave Crocco did the work in a very efficient manner. He did exactly what needed done, and took care to protect floor coverings in the house. Clean up was excellent after the job.

Estimate was too high. Work was performed satisfactorily by another plumber for less than half of this estimate. John was on time & polite.

I found their name on Angie's List, read the reports and decided to call. I needed my water heater replaced due to dip tube problems and the age of the current water heater (10+ yrs). The lady who books the appts. was very friendly and helpful. I told her what was wrong, she took down all the info and had Joe call me back. He called me back at exactly the time I had asked him to, and he was very helpful as well. Joe came two days later and replaced the water heater. He was very neat - you would have never known he was there. Good with my two big dogs, too. Great service, prompt, reasonable cost. I have since recommended them to a colleague and also learned that my boss has been a customer of Roby's for many years and has nothing negative to say about them.

Plumber on call responded and estimated time of arrival. Arrived earlier than estimate, did the job in 90 minutes. Very pleasant, professional person, polite and competent. Price was high, but the alternative was to be without water Sunday night and Monday morning at best.

We asked multiple questions about the estimate and were satisfied that we had a fair price. They were friendly, quick and treated my house as if it was their own. We appreciated being given options at several price points. Dave Crocco was great!

I called them this morning, and they've been here and gone (it's 10:15). They got here right away and did the job. They were pleasant & polite. I feel the price was fair.

Roby's was very quick to respond, I had to move the install date out, they would have been in sooner. The installation was also quick and painless; they did exactly what we had agreed upon on the phone and there were no surprises. This is the second or third time I've used them if not more. They have always done a quality job.

They are very prompt and professional. They give honest evaluations and estimates, and deliver excellent service.

They were unable to fix it but recommended someone who could. I was impressed that they came out the same day I called when no one else would. The technician was very polite. I was pleased that they didn't charge a fee to come out.

Price included parts and labor. I didn't get quotes because the sewer line problem did not permit the time required for quotes. They quoted the price and stuck to it. Price also includes a coupon.

We always use Roby's for plumbing. Usually can get someone out the same day you call and they work quickly. They wound up having to come out three times to fix the problem (it was a tricky issue - not because of negligence), but they were responsive and punctual. Frankly, they could have just told us to get a new toilet, but they stayed on it and figured out what was wrong, ultimately saving us a lot of money since we didn't have to purchase a new one. Charged us only for the first trip, not the other two. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

It was same day service. They were prompt and quick. I was satisfied with the service and was able to use my Angie's coupon.

Called Roby's at 5am on a Monday morning because our water heater was leaking and we had no hot water. They had installed this water heater 6 years ago so that's why we called them. They called back after 7am when they opened for business but told us the earliest they could help us would be Tuesday morning. We considered this an emergency but they did not. There was no way we could go another day without hot water (it actually stopped working on Sunday) so we told them that we would have to call someone else instead. I can't believe that they do not have the manpower to deal with emergencies. We won't be calling them again as we have found another company to use in the future.

I purchased two American Standard Champion Toilets about a year ago and had somebody else install them. One of the toilets flush valves came apart and I was unsuccessful at fixing. I called Roby's and they came out and could not fix without a new part. They charged me $89 to tell me this and then refused to apply that amount towards the repair. They quoted me a repair price of an additional $170 once the part came in from American Standard. Their Supervisor or owner (believe name is Larry) seems to have a grudge against customers who buy their fixtures from other places. I told him what does that have to do with anything, that good customer service companies don't charge for the service call when they do not do any work due to not having the part to fix. Their on-hold phone music states how their customer's come first, don't believe it and don't hire this company to do any work at your home.

I ALWAYS CALL THEM BECAUSE THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND THEY ARE VERY PROMPT. THEY ALWAYS SEND ME MY FAVORITE SERVICE GUY AND HE'S TRUSTWORTHY. I FEEL LIKE HE'S SKILLED AND KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.

Timely and helpful. Polite and did what they said they were going to do.

WE WERE SATISFIED. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL WORKERS. THEY WERE CLEAN AND COURTEOUS. THEY KNEW HOW TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. THEY CAME IN AND TOOK OUT THE OLD ONE AND HOOKED UP THE NEW ONE. THERE WEREN'T ANY PROBLEMS TO SPEAK OF SO I THINK THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

The faucet is very nice, it makes the sink look nice. Dave was the man that did the work, when he was working he propped the storm door open, so the door was open the whole time. When he got ready to leave he released the storm door, and the storm closure broke at the bottom of the door. He worked with it for quite awhile and got it to close alright, but it was still broken. I asked him if it should be fixed, because my house is up for sale. He said to let someone else take care of it. I went out and bought a new storm door closure for the door. I called Roby's and said I wanted to have someone replace it. They are sending someone out this afternoon.

I called Roby's on a Monday morning and was able to schedule an appointment for the same afternoon at the time I requested. The office then called to say the plumber was on his way, and he arrived at the scheduled time. This was very helpful since I needed to leave work to meet him. He investigated the problem, gave an estimate, and fixed the clogged drain. He wore booties over his shoes so that he did not track dirt into the house. He was neat and clean and very courteous.

I thought he was friendly, professional, helpful. He mentioned the Angie's List coupon. I would recommend them and I will use them again. He was a very nice man.

They were extremely professional. The guy came out and was very honest, he worked out a plan which would save me money by not charging me for a service call the first visit, he checked out the job and then came back and did the entire job at the same time. He used booties in the home, was very professional, and clean up was great.

My sump pump failed during the night and I was awakened by our alarm system indicating a sump pump problem. The pump's float switch had failed so I rigged up a pumping system using my pool cover pump to top of the sump and drain it to the bathroom (This was at 3:00am on a Sunday). I called Roby's at 8:30am that Sunday and requested emergency service to get my sump replaced. The plumber called back shortly and said he had two other pumps to replace and that he'd be out around 4:00pm, 4:00pm came and went with no call or plumber. In fact, there was never a call again. I called on Monday morning to cancel the service call. The person answering the phone transferred me to someone else. I explained what happened and that I was going to fix it myself. His only response was ''okay'' and then hung up. No attempt was made to rectify the situation or even just apologize. A very poor response in my opinion, given I had used them to replace my water heater just a couple of months back.

The person I spoke with on the phone was courteous and they were able to schedule someone to come out quickly. The plumber was polite and figured out the problem quickly, gave me the price to fix the toilet and went to work. I was pleased with the service.
