Roby was professional and punctual. Fixed the problem in a short amount of time. Cleaned up afterwards.

Plumber arrived on time completed work as requested.

I called a number of plumbers that morning and they were the only company I called who said they could come out that day. They came sooner than expected and completed the repair quickly.

Service person was very professional. Problem was diagnosed quickly. Pipes were cut, cleaned and repaired in a timely fashion. Did not experience any leakage after the job was completed.

I emailed on a Thursday night hoping to get it fixed Friday before the weekend. They responded Friday morning that they could come that day and did. (Other plumbers I emailed were not available that quickly.) He was able to determine what the problem was and gave me an estimate to replace the faulty part. While he was there, I asked about a shower problem and he fixed that too. I was very pleased with the responsiveness and availability. My only disappointment is that I thought I was charged a lot of money for two repairs that took a total of an hour and only one trip to the house. I think the repairs may be a fixed price that would be the same if they were done separately, but I didn't ask nor did I negotiate, and maybe I should have. I was very grateful that they came out that first day and could fix the tub, especially since I had company for the holidays, so I just accepted the estimate, not knowing how much work would be involved or how much the parts cost. But the total did seem a little high.

Contractor arrived on time and completed project as requsted.

It was a Saturday afternoon and I called a number of plumbers. Roby's was the most responsive by far. Dave was out at the house within the hour and was excellent at dealing with the problem. I greatly appreciate the work they did and how quickly they responded.

Went great, Mr Hailey came out and surveyed the premises, and was able to attach the machine near enough to remove the frozen blockage, Work was completed quickly. Great service, courteous and very professional.

They showed up on time and gave me 2 different options to choose from on the replacement of my pump. Great service. They identified and fixed what the previous plumber had not done correctly! Thanks guys!

What an incredibly unprofessional company! Called to have Roby look at easy problems in a rental. They called the renter to schedule and decided that since I have had "several companies" out to look at the property that they didn't want to do work for us. Yes, we had a drain company out to do a camera scope and one to come out to fix the drain issues. That all went fine. The last plumbing company came out to look at this issue, promised a quote and I never heard from them again - so I called Roby. This company made assumptions on incorrect information and decided I was the problem. They topped it off by saying they weren't interested in the work even though I had never talked to them about it (other than to schedule) and they never even visited my property! Steer clear! It's obvious they don't need or want your business. Nobody should be treated that way.

Rob had to visit 3 times before the required parts were available. Fortunately they don't charge for each visit. We decided to order the parts ourselves to save money and it took two attempts to get them all.. Rob was very helpful in showing us which ones to order. He accomplished the removal of the old tap and installation of the new one very efficiently.

Roby's sent out Dave to repair my washing machine. Soon as I opened door, Dave was not personable and a bit rude. I showed him where the laundry room was located. He immediately told me there is trip charge of $135. This was never told to me by Robys. I said ok. After he looked at the washing machine for about 2 minutes. He tells me both blue handles need to be replaced. I asked him how did he determine that, he rudely said don't you see water around them. Then he goes on to tell me that my brand new hose need to be replaced. I asked how did he determine that, he said, I don't know. I immediately kicked Dave out of my home. I ended up calling another company who determined that my washing machine is in perfect condition and connected everything tightly for me and didn't charge me anything. The leaking water issue I had was from my half bathroom toilet.

They were extremely good.

Very well. Job was completed with a complete explanation as to what the problem was and the fix. A professional job from beginning to end. We would hire this company again.

The piping was securely joined to cement block walls and floor joists. Both dryer and stove pipe ends were securely fastened to wall and floor and each has a sturdy shutoff valve. Very quality work at a fair price.

Ok, just surprised by how much it cost.

Amazing. Professional, took time to explain my options with no hard sales, gave suggestions, cleaned up well after install! Friendly to my dogs!

$270 quote was unreasonable in my opinion for labor only. Quote did not include installing access panel
