Description of Work: We have used Roby's consistently for over 15 years for a very wide range of plumbing issues from normal repair work and water heater, toilet and sewer pump replacement to emergency situations including sump pump failures and valve failures causing basement flooding. Their responsiveness, performance and pricing have been uniformly outstanding. I recommend them with no reservations whatsoever.

Description of Work: Install new water heater and remove the old one.

Description of Work: I have called Roby's twice. Both times different gentleman, but excellent service. I had a huge clog once, and the second time I had a problem with some pipe I thought leading up to the sink. I was wrong, he fixed it within moments and said he would give me a free estimate for other work I wanted done because he didn't feel right charging me for what he did. I had him come back and do the work he gave me estimates for and it was very good work. Then he cam back a day later for a complication from new piping which happens, some debris breaks loose and clogs piping further down. He fixed that for nothing, and gave me a reasonable estimate to replace the rest for a future time. I am so pleased to find someone who is really responsive when there is a problem, and reasonably priced. They give estimates, they stick to those no matter how long the job takes, and at my house the job is always longer than expected with glavanized pipes from the forties. I will be repiping my entire house bit by bit with these guys!!!!

Description of Work: I called Roby's early this morning after finding them on Angie's list. They gave me an approximate time of arrival and ended up being able to come early. We had a clogged kitchen sink drain and after trying to fix the problem, they recommended another company with different equipment. Roby's did not charge for the service, were professional, came in a very timely manner, and cleaned up. I would use them again if needed.

Description of Work: New plumbing was ran to install a water softener. Estimate was very reasonable, actual price was right on target. Rick Buck did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and why. My only negative was that the appointment was moved once from 8 am to 10:30 am and he did not show up until 11:30 am.

Description of Work: They fixed the toilet. They also addressed a really aweful problem with water pressure. They discovered that there was a broken valve and they repaired it.

Description of Work: REplaced a waste pipe underneath our half bath. Did it for much less than another company quoted us. They were punctual and efficient.

Description of Work: I had water pouring down the pendants in my kitchen island. I called Roby's Plumbing & they came almost immediately-appeared to know what the problem was & proceeded to fix it up in a very cramped bathrrom room. They showed me the broken fixture & replaced the plumbing along with a new fixture which he then proceeded to show me how to operate since it was diffeent from my previous fixture-all in all a very stress free experience. Cleaned up his workplace wonderfully.

Description of Work: Dave handles water softeners for Robys. He actually installed the water softener for a few years ago. He is prompt and courteous. He is very professional and solved our problem immediately. Sounds stupid but the outlet had died which caused the water softener to stop working. So, there was actually nothing wrong with the water softened. I wasn't thrilled about the cost however I realize that the company had sent a person out and they obviously need to pay him for his time.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with Roby's service. Oct. 16 their serviceman fixed my outdoor faucet. Then on Nov. 5 another serviceman adjusted the water temperature on my water heater--at no charge!

Description of Work: Rob came to the house and was very professional to provide an estimate on a clogged drain. He provided a reasonable estimate within a few minutes. He started his work and after he got into it provided me with an update on the cost. He took about 15 minutes to to dig into another issue that was related but he couldn't fix.and recommended another business. Based on the cost and service I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Looked for water leak. Determined it was coming from the refrigerator, so not their bailiwick, but did get the leak stopped.

Description of Work: Our gas water heater died in a puddle of water over the weekend. Called Roby's on Monday morning and they were able to replacement it by Tuesday afternoon. Workman was courteous and got the work done with a minimum of disturbance. Would call again with other plumbing problems.
