Description of Work: We had a water leak in our basement that we assumed came from our ice maker . Once we turned off the ice maker , the leak stopped. We had a Roby's plumber come out. He verified that the plumbing was ok, the problem was a faulty ice maker that didn't stop running and flooded the drain. He did not charge for this since it was just analysis. Also , they came out the same day I called. Great service ! Great guys!

Description of Work: They responded promptly to our need of a gas hot water heater, power vented. We had company arriving from out of town the very next day so we needed the leaking hot water heater replaced. They gave me a quote over the phone and that price was what they charged. Rob did a great job!

He actually remedied an unusual problem with my outdoor spigot that required some real creative thinking and work. Price was very acceptable. Description of Work: Water heater replacement. I when out to get my morning paper and saw water on the garage floor. When I investigated, the water was coming out of the top of the water heater, my first thought I need a new water heater. To complicate matters I had a home inspection that morning and needed a quick response. I called Roby's and explained the situation. They sent Rick out within an hour. Rick investigated the situation and agreed with what I had thought earlier a new water heater was needed. He told me not to worry about the inspection he would have it replaced by the time the inspector started. Rick finished right after the inspector arrived. The job was done professionally and quick. I would recommend Roby's to anyone needing plumbing services. The price was typical for a new water heater replacement.

However, when they discovered they weren't going to be able to clear the issue bc it was too far down my sewer line, they did not charge me for the hour+ of labor they put in. They referred me to another fantastic company that again arrived that same day, were efficient, knowledgable and reasonably priced. They were able to rectify the issue.

Description of Work: Drained and removed the old water heater. Cut dry wall for access to water pipes. Installed new sections of copper pipe as needed. Installed a 50 gal. water gas water heater and expansion tank; water softner with salt tank and back-up battery; new ball valve to turn off whole house water, and pressure reduction valve. Rick Buck did the work. he was timely, explained his work, answered my questions and his professionalism gave me both confidence and satisfaction. The work was done in timely manner. My wife and I are most pleased with the work.
