Description of Work: I called to get an "estimate" on a simple thru the wall spigot replacement. I informed them that it was just aluminum siding and the current spigot was loose and should remove easily once the pipes were unsweat. He said that they would have to see the job to quote it. I said "OK, can you at least tell me what your hourly service or labor fee was and he says they didn't have one. I don't really know what that implies but it didn't instill confidence. Really poor Customer focus on this call. I immediately called a competitor with the same information and they gave me the estimate $236 and had a tech out the next morning. Done.

Description of Work: Kevin from Roby's installed a new water softener and rebuilt our shower fixture. We have used Roby's for several years now, and as always, Kevin did a very good job. We had a coupon we forgot to use, and when we called about it they sent a check for the value of the coupon. We appreciated that very much.

Description of Work: My water heater was not working properly. I called Roby at 9am and by noon the same day I had a new water heater. $800 seemed like a lot but the speed of their response and professionalism made price not so important.

Description of Work: Received a water bill that was 5 times normal. Roby came promptly and confirmed that the Water Company's meter was leaking and charging me for the leaking. They did a complete review of my building and fixed some minor issues as well. They are an excellent provider. Still waiting for a refund from the water company
