Description of Work: Primary Sump Pump was not working. Roby's showed up 11 PM to fix. Indicated the only sump pump in the truck required a complete replacement of the primary and backup pumps, backup battery and associated piping. Old backup pump still worked but was not compatible with new system. No other choice was offered to me. That led to $1900 bill. Radon gas system was made inoperable and I was told it was not necessary anyways. I had to fix it at my own expense.

Description of Work: Have used them several times in the last few years. Used them to replace a water softener and battery for my backup system. They are not the cheapest but they are reliable, clean and do a great job.
