The basement looks great. No signs of mold left. Workers completed the job in a timely and professional manner.

Very pleased from start to finish. We called and got on their schedule within a couple days. He showed up when he said he would, was very professional, explained what he was doing, and then explained what would happen and the timing. We received the report when we were told we would with not only the raw data but also an explanation of what the data meant. And it was all done in the timeframe that we had requested.

It went very well, good experience. Dean was prompt,very courteous and professional and had suggestions about what could be done if we had problems in the future.

Good experience in scheduling. Inspectors arrived on time, were courteous, professional, and gave us a very reasonable, low estimate which included the Angie's List discount advertised. The estimate was $650.00 which is half of what the other estimates were. This inspector was the last of the 3 estimate appointments we scheduled. We did not choose Remediation Mold Services because their inspection/assessment was only of the dishwasher cavity, and the inspectors did not go in the crawl space. They did not have cameras to try to view any damage under other cabinets. Our experience with Residential Mold Services was positive, but not outstanding. The 2nd inspector that came did go in the crawl space to inspect, he did have a camera, looked under the sink cabinet and found significant mold and water damage. The 2nd inspector showed us the live photos, he found soft spots in the laminate flooring, and told us that there might be water/mold under the other cabinets that he couldn't access with his camera. We chose the 2nd inspector because he was more thorough in the inspection. We did not have a negative experience with Remediation Mold Services. We just had better experience with another company.

Called on Monday, and received an inspection on Tuesday. Dean was on time and very professional. Basically allayed my fears about mold and mildew in the basement and said that my own measures would be effective, and that there was no need for RMS to do anything. No charge for the visit, and he even took the time to discuss some measures that would prevent any ground water from coming into the basement. If I ever need work done, RMS will be the first company I call.

It went very well. Karen, Dean, and all of the workers were very friendly and easy to work with. Karen was quick to respond to all of my emails, and Dean answered all of my questions. His team of people did a good job of cleaning up before they left and were all very friendly. I'm still waiting for the results of the air quality test. I would absolutely recommend RMS as they made the entire process very easy for me.

I emailed the company through Angie's List because mold was found in a new home we were buying. The current owners said they took care of the mold but when we had the house reinspected (thank goodness we did) the mold was still an issue. We were only a week from closing on this house and something needed to be done and fast! I had 5 estimates done on the mold and it ranged from $2000 to $4000 to take care of the problem. This company had the best price and were the quickest about getting back with us and understanding the the timeline we were on. Karen worked with the realtors and got everything taken care of for us- which was such a relief in the the stressful time of moving. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Extremely well. Not often a contractor will drive out to your home and inform you that you can fix something yourself and not charge any money. I was very impressed and will recommend and use Residential Mold services in the future, if needed.

Dean was very responsive, he had a quote to me that day and called the next day on Saturday to see if we had received the quote and had any questions. We scheduled for him to do the work the following week, they finished another job early and actually started an afternoon early. The basement was cleaned up and they peformed the work as expected.

Representative arrived promptly, checked the front door area and inspected the floorboards from the basement area. No mold detected. I at least have peace of mind now.

I called them and they came out the same day to check out the situation. They did a swab test. They were prompt and professional.

I didn?t use their services to get the work done. They did a wonderful job of coming out and giving me a quote. I think the owner himself came out. He was great and I really liked him a lot. I sent an e-mail and he replied to my message but there were a couple of others who didn?t reply. He was very responsive since he came out very promptly.

Dean was punctual, professional and quick. When we found mold I was, of course, imagining home demolition. Instead of taking advantage of my fears, Dean honestly assessed the situation and solved the problem all in the same day!

Dean and his team did an excellent job. They knew what they were doing and delivered work that exceeded my expectations. You can tell by the way they complete the work that they know the proper way to remediate. They did a good job making sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail.

Dean came over and described the problem and fix without charge. He explained that the mold is non-toxic and can easily remedied. He did offer to do it but upon showing me how told me it was an easy solution. Thanks Dean!

I sold my house ,but had to take care of few things before closing(including some mold in crawl and attic). I had little time left and needed to compare several companies,get job done in time etc..Residential mold services Co. gave me the best price,agreed to get job done in time that worked best for my tight schedule. Dean Dowdell personally estimated and diagnosed problem,was very puncual and professional. I chose not to use their services because I felt they didn't diagnose the problem properly. That was after getting estimates from other individuals. They were charging me a lot of money for something I felt I didn't need and they didn't address my problem. However, they were prompt and they seemed to be very responsive.

They were satisfactory and I probably would use them again in future as I don?t know anybody else.

Their estimate was the least expensive from the companies I contacted. They were able to do the work in five hours and was not intrusive.

It only took them a day and a half. Others were stating it would take a lot of different times, start to finish. They started right away, as this was delaying the sale of our house. He saved me a lot of money. Dean himself came to supervise his crew. Everything worked out perfectly. One of those few times where everything goes right. They did a fantastic job. The purchasers' inspector gave the house a clean bill of heath upon final inspection.
