All was positive.
Description of Work: An inspection of our home revealed localized mold stains in the attic where the builder had originally vented a bathroom fan into the attic. We learned of this on a Saturday, and Dean came out the same day. The quote was prompt and competitive. Dean provided a very professional explanation of everything showing thorough knowledge. We went ahead with the remediation work that Wednesday. The crew was pleasant and the disruption was minimal.

Description of Work: The quote for removing a 3 ft. x 3 ft. area of mildew on he drywall and cleaning underneath, enclosing any spores witha closed system, etc. was $ 2000 without the drywall being relaced or patched. 2 other mold specialists said we didn't need to do this. We could just repair the drywall and re-spackle since it was dry now. I think they ddn't have our best interests in mind, only making money.
