Reliable Pool Service

They did fine. They did a good job.

Very professional, prompt service and very thorough. The representative provided us with a lot of good information about the pool. He also conducted a very thorough inspection of the pool and provided estimates of the work that needed to be completed. He took his time to answer all of our questions and even provided us with information that would allow the pool to operate more efficiently with little or no cost. We have purchased the property and will use Reliable pools as our service provider for all of our pool and spa needs.

Ryan Doherty, company owner was recommended by Pinch A Penny beachside to help me w/pump and filter trouble in the past. Ryan was great at thinking on his feet, knowledgeable, communicated well, trustworthy. He was the natural choice for weekly pool service. Soon he'll be installing a salt water chlorinator.

Andy came 2 weeks after the the agreed upon appointment. He began work by removing pool cover, starting the filter and applying chemicals to water. He came back 3 weeks later to the pool which had returned to its original condition. He added more chemicals and left never to return. I called him several times but his answering device was full so I couldn't reach him. I never saw him again. I had used his services the previous year and he did a fine job. I don't know what happened. I hope he's OK.

Thorough and professional

Andy was recommended by a local pool company. He was responsive and punctual. I was in the midst of a pool crisis because a couple of other companies failed to be responsive. He was patient with my pool ignorance as he took time to educate me on my pool system and necessary maintenance. He even drove my water sample to have it analyzed and called with a solution. He then patiently answered questions during some follow up phone calls.

We called Andy and explained what we needed, and asked for a quote. He came out and took a look at the pool and then called back with an estimate The work was done as scheduled and surprisingly, at a lower cost that expected. It was a freezing cold day outside and Andy did a superb job.

He was efficient and pleasant and knowledgeable. We will use him to close our pool this winter!

The owner, Andy, is a great guy and very easy to deal with. It has been a pleasure working with him. He is always very prompt and his quality of work is excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Andy was great! It was a short notice job, since our pool installer would not call use back to schedule the closing - we had to find someone to help us. We usually closed our concrete pool, but the new fiberglass pool was quite a bit different and we needed a little help. Andy was very helpful in fitting us in to his schedule, arrived on time and was a pleasure to deal with.

Working with Mr. Cantwell was a pleasure. We had several questions about our heater as well as the closing process, and Mr. Cantwell was knowledgeable and very responsive, always returning my phone calls with the information I needed. He was prompt, courteous, and even walked me through the closing process as he performed the work. I would highly recommend him to others and plan to continue using him from now on.

Andy got us out of a fix. We had used another pool service who really screwed up our heater. Andy came out the next day and replumbed our new heater. We later called him on a Wednesday to close our pool and he was out Monday morning. He is very reliable and knows what he is doing. We will use him again and again.

We've had two or three people work on our pool and this has been the best experience. He's always showing up when scheduled and is inexpensive compared to the others. And he does excellent work!
