 + -1 moreThe last seven months we have paid for the monitoring service, but it hasn't been working. It hasn't been hooked up to the emergency monitoring service and we were not informed of this. People that have signed a contract with them should verify that there system is fully functioning and that they are getting what they paid for.
Description of Work: They installed an alarm service. They hooked us up with a monitoring company.

 + -1 moreEverything went fine. He was very quick and the appointment went smoothly. Scheduling was very easy and was able to come out the next day. He was very professional.
Description of Work: I had trouble with the alarm system. It was not communicating with the alarm company. He had to move the box so it could more reception.
