 + -1 moreTHE GAL ON THE PHONE WAS FRIENDLY. JOHN CAME OUT WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE ME A REGULAR STOP IN LESS THAN A WEEK. THE YARD LOOKS GREAT AND I DON'T EVEN MISS THE WEEDS!! THEY ALSO DO LANDSCAPING, AND I AM PLANNING TO CONTACT THEM WHEN I AM READY FOR THAT PROJECT.
Description of Work: LAWN MOWING FOR A CORNER LOT. THEY ARE ALSO DOING MY FERTILIZING FOR A REASONABLE FEE (UNDER $50 PER APPLICATION).

 + -1 moreWE HAVE BEEN TOLD BY OTHER LANDSCAPERS THAT THE TREES DIED BECAUSE THEY WERE PLANTED TOO DEEP FOR OUR HEAVY CLAY SOIL. IT APPEARS PAR 5 DIDN'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT PLANTING TREES IN OUR AREA. THE CLAY SOIL ACTS AS A BUCKET AND RETAINS WATER CAUSING THE TREES TO DROWN. TO AVOID THIS, THE TREES SHOULD HAVE BEEN MOUNDED UP.
Description of Work: INSTALLED 3 TREES, 1 SHRUB IN SPRING WHICH DIED BY FALL. HE REPLACED DEAD SHRUB WITH AN EQUALLY BAD ONE, SO WE WERE NOT INTERESTED IN DOING ANY MORE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. WE CALLED 4 TIMES, BUT HE NEVER CALLED BACK TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. WE HAVE HAD TO REMOVE THE DEAD TREES AT OUR OWN EXPENSE.
