Description of Work: furnace stopped working during the night. Called the emergency number and spoke to someone and a repair person called back right away came out within an hour. blower motor needed replaced and he came back shortly with motor and fixed it. very professional.

Great.
Description of Work: Our air conditioning quit on the hottest Saturday a week ago and we called this company which responded very quickly. Within the hour the person was here and fixed the problem and we were very impressed. We would highly recommend this company and definitely will call them in the future if we need to.

Very pleased.
Description of Work: Furnace wasn't working properly. I called Northern and they sent someone out within 24 hours. They found that two wires had worked loose and then rubbed together and actually caused a small electrical fire - and then fizzled out (thank God). The serviceman quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was on his way with 1/2 hour.

Description of Work: We have had our annual services performed on the heating system in November of 07, the a/c in May of 08. They have been very professional on both occasions. About 3 weeks after our spring check up, we experienced a bad storm and rainwater somehow entered the exhaust pipe on the roof and ran directly into the furnace. We had issues with standing water among the wiring and temporary shorting out of the system. They came out to check the system early the next day after our phone call for service and checked everything out after we turned off the breaker and sopped up the water. Their technician determined everything was fine. Power was restored and everything has worked fine since.
