 + -1 moreI contacted Nelson Alarm regarding a quote for a home alarm system. I received an email from Bill Nelson, confirming an appointment for Tuesday, May 5th, at 10AM. After waiting until 10:30AM, I contacted Nelson Alarm to find out why they did not show; the individual who answered the phone placed me on hold and called Bill Nelson. I was then advised that Bill Nelson assigned the appointment to another salesman, and he would call me immediately...I never heard from Bill Nelson or anyone else with Nelson Alarm. VERY disappointing.
Description of Work: No show.

Description of Work: The company representative came to our house at our request to give us a quote on getting an alarm system for our home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time explaining how the system works and gave us information on his company,. After choosing Nelson Alarm, the installer came and spent a great deal of time installing the system and explaining how it works so that we were very comfortable with it by the time he left.
