Within an hour after he left my basement was covered with water that had come from up stairs bathroom be cause he did not tighten the pipe correctly. Water dripping from ceiling in the basement. Had to have ceiling replaced. The people that did it did poor job of cleaning up after them self. Also he had told me one price.When he found out that I was a member he changed th price to charge me more. I called him on it and he changed it a little bit but not what he told me at first. Said because I was a member I couldn't use angielist. Was not a happy camper. Will not use them again.

Description of Work: Unclogged my bathroom drain, went under the house to check for leaks etc recommended a product called Total drain liquid (which I brought) for an odor that was coming from my washing machine. he also made other suggestions. He gave me his card and said if I had any problems to give him a call. he was very courteous, helpful and patient with me I have no complaints

Description of Work: Everyone I spoke to was very courteous. It just took some haggling with the prices/work performed. Then it took over a week to get the part in, and I had to keep calling & inquiring as to when they'd get back out to fix it. Then they said it would need further repair in a few months. ?! I've since had the outside "Bibb" replaced with minimal damage (through the garage vs. Mr. Rooter going through my inside wall) for the same amount as the Angie's deal, & all in less than an hour! I recommend Roby's Plumbing.

Description of Work: They repaired our shower and replaced the faucet on the tub. Months later, when it was very cold outside, I realized that the repairman had installed the faucet incorrectly. When I turned on the faucet so that just a small stream of water came out, it was hot water instead of cold. I called them back and another repairman came and fixed it. He explained that the first guy had installed it incorrectly.

Description of Work: Reset toilet. No complaints about service itself but I thought he was trying too hard to upsell us. But I shouldn't complain too much because I was allowed to use my Big Deal after its expiration. Overall I was very satisfied with work and the plumber.
