Description of Work: Mr. Rooter installed a new water heater for me in Feb., 2013. I believe it cost around $800. It was a Big Deal. I would definitely use them again. My kitchen faucet developed a leak at the same time, unrelated to the water heater problem. I bought a new faucet and the repairman came back and installed it too. I give the company and the repairman both an A.

Description of Work: Cleared a clogged drain in the kitchen that took about 30 minutes so I thought the price was a little high for the amount of work completed. I was given a window of time when they would arrive and told I would receive a call when they were on the way. This was not the case but they did come within 24 hours of my initial call. Undecided on if I would use them again.

Description of Work: Moved ibn on the 5th of june into a house built in 2005. Hooked up the washer and it overflowed through the utility room when it drained. Used an Angie's deal for drain cleaning. I talked to them the next morning and they added me to the list to be taken care of that day. They ran a little late getting here but had called a head and told me they where running behi9nd. Being kept in the loop is important and they did that with us. service man showed up, investigated and took care of our problem, making sure it was corrected. He was able to stay within the time I had purchased and left zero mess behind. We where well pleased and will recomend to our friends as needed.
