Description of Work: The tub in our master bath has a leaking faucet. However, since this bathroom is soon scheduled to be redone Mr. Rooter advised us to wait until that time to address the problem which is a costly one to fix. Good advise. We appreciated his consultation, honesty and the fact that he did not charge us for it or for his visit.

Description of Work: Came to inspect toliets for problems, replaced the inside fixtures of the downstairs toilet for as much as a new toilet costs before labor. They did explain the process and did not use any shady tactics to get that amount, I just needed a working toilet that day and chose to overpay IMHO. The service technician was professional, clean, easy to understand, and a very good plumber on top of it all. The price is the only reason I would not rate them an A service provider.

Description of Work: We had a bathroom faucet installed. We paid an additional $90 and I felt that was too much in the end. I had afterwards check with another company and could had it done around $150.

Description of Work: In the middle of a complete bathroom remodel, I needed water supply lines re-routed; a shower faucet installed; and drain moved. Shawn was greats and provided all items professionally and quickly.

Description of Work: Needed a toilet looked at that was slow leaking from the tank. I had already replaced the guts of it. The technician had to call the office to explain what he saw. The office told him the entire toilet had to be "rebuilt" in order to stop the leak. They wanted $269.00 to do the work. |I called a local plumber and had it serviced and repaired for $149.00 Felt the $39.00 fee was a teaser to get larger amounts of money for little work.
