Description of Work: They flushed out my line on the outside of the house that serviced my entire home. I feel $350 is a lot to pay for this. But what was worse and the reason why I would not recommend them or use them again is that they said the reason for the backed up line was that I needed a "new clean out" in front of my house because the existing "clean out" was broken. The replacement/repair estimate was $1850. I had 2 reputable plumbing companies come and give me their input/recommendations. Both companies said I did NOT have a broken "clean out" line and needed no further work done. So, either Mr. Rooter did not know what they were doing, or worse, they were trying to rip me off. Either way, I was completely dissatisfied with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Had a backed up sewer that needed to be replaced. These were some of the best people to work with in such a hard time. They all went above and beyond the call of duty, from the dispatcher to the men how did all the work. I would easily go with them again. Also, the price was the same bit lower than the first few estimates we got.
