The plumber got to my home with-in 1 hour and cleared my drain in 10 minutes where-as the previous plumber couldn't clear it after 3 hours

Needed simple tub fixture replaced. Ended up as a three day project and broken faucet. No water in bath for week, no response from company. Had to hire another plumber to fix which cost me over $1,100!

They're business model seems disingenuous. I was quoted 1 price over the phone for the repair. The plumbers who showed up quoted 3-4 times higher and well above what competitive plumbers were charging. I have used them before and this is the 2nd time they're done that. I hired someone else to do the work and I wouldn't use this company again.

I was then informed that despite what I had paid, the amount I owed was $319, and that seemed a bit pricey. It is a rental and the tenant told me the repairman fixed both spigots even though only one was leaking,. Then I request an invoice be emailed or USPS to me for my records and that I would pay it when received. After 8 weeks of nothing, I receive a letter from a collections agency for $418. I haven't even received a bill and explanation of services and now the crooks are sending me to a collection agency. How ridiculous is that. I wouldn't use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

This service was provided through Angie's list. It was 89 dollar towards 200 credit . It is very deceiving cost wise. I thought they are going to do work w/o additional payment. Also, he did not offer to inspect other plumbing areas which was included in the price.

They were unable to clear the drain through exhaustive effort, and quoted a pipe replacement that would be required to finish the job. The quote to do that work was about $4800.00. I chose to get a second opinion, and they suggested the same repairs, but the quote to do the work was just over half the price quoted by Mr. Rooter. I used the other company and they were great.

This was a $99 big deal purchase and we were very pleased. There was no evidence of any kind of problem, They were very professional and their punctuality was really good. I think they were very caring and we were more than pleased. I think I found them from a flyer.

Unfortunately had to replace, but tech was able to do so quickly and efficiently.

Cold water valve under sink had a leak. Was able to replace quickly and efficiently.

The crew did a very good job ... in very wet and cold miserable weather of Dec 2016/ Jan 2017 ... and worked hard to keep us informed on timing and progress despite some equipment-failure issues. Good guys.

After looking at the drain the Tech said I have some bad news and some good news. He said it cost $315.00. I said $315 for a kitchen sink!!!! I told him I have a coupon $89.00. I paid $217. That company is a rip off. Did you know they raise the price. I didn't save anything with that company. Will never use them again.

Had to cut hole inside and did nice job. Cut only what needed, neatly and cleaned everything up. Very polite man.

Install looks and works great, price was higher than most estimates but had to get it installed and they were willing to do it immediately.

Was not pleased with the mess he left. He had to cut through the drywall to get to the pipe. He left the drywall, the big piece that he cut out and several other pieces all over the floor, along with the shavings. My son was home and when the worker was done, he didn't let my son know that he was leaving and was done with the job. He didn't even have my son go downstairs to see if the spicket was even working. It's not running anymore, but I don't know if it works!

First issue was worthless to pay for because I have the exact same issue with their new float and it cost me over $200! Did nice job in the basement but don't let discount fool you...they make plenty of money beyond the discount. Will not likely use again.

Nothing wrong with garbage disposal and there were 2 filters clogged in the upstairs sink. Required two tiny filters to replace the clogged filters in the 2 upstairs bathroom sinks. They were late. No one called. Supposed to be here between 8-10. Someone finally showed up at 11am, but not until I called them to ask where the service professional was. Did not have the 2 tiny parts on hand. With the total cost charged, I felt raped for the two tiny filters the plumber replaced. They did take $40 additional off the price, after I complained about the pricey service, but the remaining cost was still way, way too high.

Well Also gave useful plumbing advise.

Serviceman removed old faucet and installed the new faucet. The cold water would only come out in a small stream. The plumber removed the valve and checked to see if the water was coming up to the valve and it was. He then swapped the hot water valve with the cold water valve and the same thing a small stream of cold water. We then tried blowing air through it with my small shop vacuum first from the valve and then from the spout. Nothing worked. He said the faucet was defective. He suggested that maybe if I just ran the water it would fix itself and I agreed. I tried this for several days I called the office twice to give them updates nofull flow of cold water. I had two new faucets but only wanted the one replaced because of the Angies Deal. I finally decided to remove it and put the other faucet on myself. I had to return the second faucet to Lowes because it had the supply lines pre-attached ( they had both one was a new version both under the same SKU) I had to go to a different Lowes to find one without the supply lines attached (they were not long enough) I also purchased four 30" metal mesh supply lines. The faucets were hard plumbed with copper tubing that was approx. 24" long. When I tried to shut off the hot water to remove the old faucet it did not shut the water off and no one was home to shut it on and off for me. I decided to hookup the new faucet under the sink with only the cold water. I did this and took a picture and when I turned the cold water on it came out in the same small stream into a bucket under the sink. Since they were from different Lowes and bought months apart I thought it was odd and I was gouing to call Kohler. I looked on the instruction sheet for a phone number and noticed the last step of installation said to remove the strainer and flush the line. I decided to try that first. I removed it with the included tool and the water ran full force. I then hooked the cold water back up to the faucet, removed the strainer and turned the water on it ran freely. I then sent an e-mail (Mr. Rooter To strodtbeck@sbcglobal.net Sep 7 at 10:05 PM} through there web-site with the same thing I have here I could not attach photos. No one responded so I called the office around Sept 9th no one had seen the e-mail. That afternoon a manager called and said the serviceman would call on Monday. No one called so I called them Sept 21, 2016 and Mindy told me that they were negotiating with Angies List for a refund I then called Angies list and you chastised me for not coming directly to Angies List.

Mr. Rooter was awesome! Aaron C. and Will F. were amazing. They truly saved the day when our well tank burst. They were helpful, friendly, and extremely efficient. I would give them an A++!

It went okay, it's just that the service I bought didn't cover what I needed so they charged me an extra $100 for something. He did a good job and everything. It's just that I wasn't too happy about that. They seemed a little expensive to me.

The process was smooth and satisfying. No surprises or hidden expenses, and the job was completed efficiently and competently. The scheduling process was somewhat less impressive; upon learning that I was using an Angie's List deal, it was made quite plain that I was not considered a high-priority assignment. Despite that sour note, the appointment time was scheduled quickly and honored promptly by the technician.

It has been fine. They were here four to six weeks ago now. It seemed like the communication could have been better, you know, sitting around and planning what they were going to do. I am less likely to use them in the future.

Service was scheduled for 6/13 at 2pm. They called me to see if we could come out earlier. I told them to have him meet me there at 12pm and he was 30 minutes late. I purchased a deal for $99 for $245 worth of service. It was for them to put a new hose bib on. He told me that it would cost a total of $325 and there was no negotiating it. I was told by someone in their office that it would be between $150-$300, depending on what they had to do, if they had to run a new line. All they had to do was replace the hose bib. I ended up getting a refund and doing it myself. I will never use them again.

It turned out to be a very time-consuming process but Aaron and Kevin were more than willing to get all the drains cleared to mutual satisfaction.
