 + 0 moreOur old water heater started leaking late afternoon March 30. I call R V Hallam next morning and they arrived within 4 hours to give us an estimate for the new tankless water heater. Later on March 31, I called to accept the proposal. They arrived between 8 and 9 the next morning and completed the installation the same day. They also removed the old water heater.

 + -1 moreThey installed the backup and went and after few months it started raining and the sump pump did not switch on. They found out later that the guy who installed it had not done it properly. The battery back up was working but it was not holding longer. It continued to rain and the basement was flooded. They were ready to refund the money but we were not happy with that.

 + -1 moreI used them begrudgingly. I had an emergency and I needed a plumber right away. They were somewhat responsive, but not as responsive as I would have liked for them to have been for an emergency call. They were way overpriced. I will never use them again. I thought the price was way too much to replace a toilet. They supplied it and did everything. I was at their mercy as I was out of town. There was a leak and a flooding situation. My normal plumber couldn't get to the job so I had to call them. They did the job but not when I needed it and not at the right price. The quality of their work seemed good. I called them first thing in the morning and they weren't there until sometime in the afternoon. There was flooding. I ended up getting the water turned off so that it was taken care of. The water being off to the tenant all that time was an issue. The tenant said that the guy that came out was a nice guy. He was courteous with me on the phone. I wouldn't hire him back. I knew what I was getting when I signed up for it.

 + -1 morePlumber was on time and courteous. Got the job done in about an hour, including having to cut off one stubborn fitting. Installed new supply fittings in addition to new faucet. Provided the price before beginning the job. Allowed me to clean the scum and hard water deposits that had accumulated under the old faucet after removing old faucet and before installing new faucet - which I appreciated because the new faucet had a smaller footprint than the old one. Cleaned up after completing the work. Gave me his name and phone number to call if any leaks developed in the next couple of days...but none did!
Description of Work: Replaced old, leaking kitchen faucet with a new Delta faucet.

Description of Work: They installed some new faucets that we purchased. They sent someone out and he installed them for us. We also had to have our sump pump replaced. They did replace the pressure switch that was failing but said to replace the old pump that was 6 years old. They ended up installing a new main sump pump for us. In addition, they needed to change the piping from the existing auxillary pump and the new sump pump so that they would work together.

They give you a two hour window on when they will be there. They went above and beyond what we asked them to do. At first they couldn't figure out what to do, but then they figured it out. They ended up saving us money. We purchased their service plan and got 10% off of the work. They are a litte more expensive than a home store.
Description of Work: I used RV Hallam Plumbing before we moved into our home. They came out and looked at what we wanted to have done, and then came back a day later and did the work. They also did some work in the house that we sold.
